★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacchero al Ragù Bianco di Bufala, con cacao e scaglie di parmigiano. Un piatto mai provato in vita mia. Strano vedere abbinato il cacao ai primi piatti. Devo dire che è stato davvero un piatto molto particolare e prelibato!!!
Pacchero with Ragù Bianco di Bufala, with cocoa and flakes of Parmesan cheese. A dish never tried in my life. Strange to see cocoa combined with pasta dishes. I must say that it was really a very special and delicious dish !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una grande sorpresa, pranzare in una vecchia cripta di una chiesa, in un contesto elegante ma non troppo. A fare da cornice una ricca lista di vini, un'eccellente cucina gurmet con un menu ricco di squisitezze fresche e locali.

A great surprise, having lunch in an old crypt of a church, in an elegant but not too elegant setting. To frame an extensive wine list, excellent gurmet cuisine with a menu full of fresh and local delicacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo incantevole e sorprendente, dove ci si aspetta una cucina casareccia e familiare e si incontra invece una cucina dai sapori netti, rivisitati con alcuni azzardi, dove la tradizione viene rinnovata in giusta maniera, moderatamente. Questo non allontana, anzi avvicina e suscita curiosità. Buona la scelta dei vini. Si merita di essere visitato. Solo a pranzo in questo tempo di Covid, certamente, ma può essere una bella gita alla scoperta del basso Lazio.
An enchanting and surprising place, where one expects a home-made and familiar cuisine and one meets instead a cuisine with clear flavors, revisited with some hazards, where tradition is renewed in the right way, moderately. This does not remove, rather it brings us closer and arouses curiosity. Good choice of wines. It deserves to be visited. Only for lunch in this time of Covid, of course, but it can be a nice trip to discover lower Lazio.
