Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e assolutamente professionale.
La cucina a vista è incredibilmente pulita ed ordinata, il personale è preparato ed il cibo è fortemente caratteristico oltre che di qualità.
Una particolarità che ho notato e gradito moltissimo è che la qualità del servizio non cambia in base al numero di persone al tavolo o all'orario del pasto.
Che siate in uno o in sette, che sia pranzo o cena il servizio sarà comunque assolutamente di qualità.
Se vi capitasse di finire in quelle zone quel ristorante è da considerarsi tappa fissa.

Staff very kind, helpful and absolutely professional.
The open kitchen is incredibly clean and tidy, the staff is trained and the food is highly distinctive as well as quality.
A peculiarity that I have noticed and very much appreciated is that the quality of the service does not change according to the number of people at the table or the time of the meal.
Whether you are one or seven, whether it is lunch or dinner, the service will still be absolutely quality.
If you happen to end up in those areas that restaurant is to be considered a fixed stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parto con il dire che do 1 stella solo per la scortesia del servizio, cameriera arrogante e per nulla professionale (rovina il locale). Dopo quasi un ora ha preso l'ordinazione, sbuffando. Per il resto i piatti presentati veramente bene e con un buon gusto (giudicate voi dalle foto)
I start by saying that I give 1 star only for the rudeness of the service, arrogant waitress and not at all professional (ruins the place). After almost an hour he took his order, snorting. For the rest of the dishes presented really well and with a good taste (judge for yourself from the photos)
