Quindi da subito ci siamo sentiti al posto giusto, la cucina a dir poco meravigliosa gusti semplici ma decisi sapori della nostra terra ho dovuto rinunciare al secondo perché dopo la degustazione non c'era molto spazio ma torneremo presto e ritorneremo spesso complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff e allo chef tanto di cappello. Andateeeeee Very very clean place, attention to detail, very kind and very professional staff, also attentive to detail here. So immediately we felt in the right place, the kitchen nothing short of wonderful simple tastes but strong flavors of our land I had to give up the second one because after the tasting there was not much space but we will be back soon and we will often return really compliments to all hats off to the chef and staff. Spaghetti alla carbonara (nulla da invidiare alle famose trattorie romane), grigliata di carne favolosa. Ciliegina sulla torta un prezzo estremamente contenuto. Purtroppo non si può aggiungere una sesta stella, l'avrei fatto volentieri, complimenti! A welcoming place 100 meters from the historic center of Gualdo Tadino, tidy and clean, efficient and kind staff. Spaghetti alla carbonara (nothing to envy to the famous Roman trattorias), fabulous grilled meat. The icing on the cake is an extremely low price. Unfortunately, a sixth star cannot be added, I would have gladly done it, congratulations!

Vi si possono organizzare anche pranzi di cerimonie varie o cene a buffet per occasioni particolari. Spettacolare il buffet di dolci! Consigliatissimo! Great food, super desserts! Kindness and professionalism. Not very large but nice and welcoming. Possibility to eat outside. It is also possible to organize lunches for various ceremonies or buffet dinners for special occasions. The dessert buffet is spectacular! Highly recommended!
