β β β β β Just had one of the best dinners in my life , caprice salad and fettuccine with mushrooms , me being a meat lover can not believe and meatless meal would have given me so Much pleasure!! Definitely recommended !!! It is amazing!

β β β β β Possibly my favorite restaurant in all of Italy!
We found it somewhat by accident on a Sunday evening. Most places close from 3-7pm, especially on Sunday, so we just wanted to go to somewhere close to where we were staying. It exceeded all expectations.
*Magnificent* food. Extremely affordable. Personalized service from the owner who just wouldnβt stop giving us free extras including both food and spirits. For two people we had two bottles of wine, two antipasti, two entrees each, an aperitif each, and a dessert each to saying nothing of the free extras for a grand total of 87 Euros.
When we first arrived after the midday closing we were the only guests but within an hour the place started to fill with Romans, which we took to be a good sign and were not disappointed.
Be sure to come early ~7:30pm or make reservations. People started to get turned away by 8:30-9:00pm.
Cannot recommend enough and actually went there twice during our week in Rome!

β β β β β A wonderful little place. Franco himself helped us with our choice, set up a starter and advised us on the dessert. A great guy!
Not really surprising that the food was excellent, what I enjoyed the most is that there was not a tourist in sight, only locals or other Italians.
5/5 would visit again

Staff doesn't speak English but is very friendly and helpful. Nice Ambiente and great house wine too!
