Non proprio in un luogo di passaggio ma vale veramente la pena di arrivarci. Consiglio vivamente Excellent lunch consisting of delicious pizzoccheri, tender cut of beef with rocket and parmesan, tasty grilled aubergines and mocha coffee to finish, I expected to spend much more. Not really in a place of passage but it is really worth to get there. I highly recommend

E mi spiace perché ce la mettono tutta ma il luogo andrebbe gestito con canoni moderbibe sfruttando al massimo la location che è invidiabile. Mm, nothing positive, unfortunately. Se volete cercare un posto dove mangiare veloce non va bene, qualche metro più avanti si trova unaltro bar con prezzi più bassi e qualità più alta. Low quality food. High prices and unbalanced to quality. Covered too expensive. Poor service. If you want to look for a place to eat fast, this is not good, a few meters further on is another bar with lower prices and higher quality.

Ieri mi sono recata con la mia famiglia (io, mio marito e due bambini di 10 anni e 4 mesi ) al ristorante Da Bruno per pranzare e chiedere informazioni per un battesimo. Premetto che sia io che mio marito siamo amici di vecchia data del fratello della Signora che gestisce e anche per questo motivo la nostra decisione di prenotare qui. Mentre già ci stavamo informando nel cortile con il fratello della Signora, quest'ultima improvvisamente usciva dalla cucina e ci ha urlato contro di andarcene e di perdere addirittura la strada;(senza minimamente preoccuparsi della presenza di due bambini)solo perché abbiamo scoperto poi(stavamo parlando con il fratello) hanno screzi tra loro. Adesso capisco perché un così bellissimo posto è sempre privo di clientela. Naughty and rude! Yesterday I went with my family (me, my husband and two children aged 10 and 4 months) to the Da Bruno restaurant to have lunch and ask for information for a baptism. I state that both my husband and I are old friends of the brother of the lady who manages it and also for this reason our decision to book here. While we were already inquiring in the courtyard with the Lady's brother, the latter suddenly came out of the kitchen and yelled at us to leave and even lose our way; (without worrying about the presence of two children) only because we later discovered ( we were talking to the brother) have disagreements between them. Now I understand why such a beautiful place is always devoid of customers.
V	Vincenzo Panzarea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a pranzo con mia moglie e mio nipote.Andiamo spesso a passeggiare lungo il fiume Ticino per la bellezza del posto.Siamo entrati nel ristorante alle 12.35 ,dopo circa 30 minuti arriva un cameriere molto gentile ed ha preso le ordinazioni.Mio nipote era molto affamato ed era impaziente di mangiare la bistecca alla milanese con le patatine.Dopo due solleciti ci hanno portato da bere dopo altri 30 minuti.Premetto che non c'era tantissima gente.Verso le 13.50 sollecitiamo al cameriere l'ordinazione e ci risponde che in cucina probabilmente si erano dimenticati di noi.Riordiniamo il tutto e dopo un antipasto di salumi e sottaceti che è arrivato dopo 20 minuti,non si vede più nulla.Sollecitiamo nuovamente la nostra ordinazione anche perché mio nipote voleva mangiare,e questa volta un'altro cameriere ci chiede se potevamo ricordargli quello che avevamo ordinato.A questo punto ci alziamo avvisando il cameriere che saremmo andati via.Io e mia moglie ci siamo guardati stupefatti pensando di essere su " Scherzi a parte".ovviamente ce ne siamo andati molto irritati e delusi. Penso che al proprietario convenga riflettere di cambiare mestiere o assumere persone capaci che gestiscano questo posto che in fondo ha tanta potenzialita'Per fare ristorazione ci vuole organizzazione e spirito di sacrificio.Lode ai ragazzi che fanno i camerieri.Loro ovviamente fanno del loro meglio.Il problema è alla fonte. Mai più I went for lunch with my wife and my nephew.We often go for a walk along the Ticino river for the beauty of the place.We entered the restaurant at 12.35, after about 30 minutes a very nice waiter arrives and took the orders.My nephew was very hungry and was impatient to eat the Milanese steak with fries. After two reminders they brought us a drink after another 30 minutes. in the kitchen they had probably forgotten about us.We rearrange everything and after an appetizer of salami and pickles that arrived after 20 minutes, nothing can be seen.We stress our order again also because my nephew wanted to eat, and this time a ' Another waiter asks us if we could remind him of what we had ordered. At this point we get up and inform the waiter that we are going away. My wife and I looked at each other in amazement, he thought I went to be on "Seriously". Obviously we left very irritated and disappointed. I think the owner should think about changing jobs or hiring capable people to manage this place that basically has so much potential. To make a restaurant you need organization and a spirit of sacrifice. The problem is at the source. Never again

Buon cibo, la tagliata di manzo con rucola e grana mi è piaciuta tantissimo, chi ha preso il fritto misto è rimasto soddisfatto perché non era unto come in altri ristoranti. Patate al forno fatte benissimo. I primi piatti buoni, unica pecca che non erano abbastanza caldi, hanno accontentato anche la bambina con una pasta fuori menù. Tiramisu e cheescake alle fragole fantastici! Personale disponibile e gentile, la proprietaria ancora di più!....ci ha anche offerto una bottiglia di spumante moscato...GRAZIE ANCORA! CI TORNEREMO! Enchanting position immersed in the Ticino valley. Good food, I really liked the cut of beef with rocket and parmesan, whoever took the mixed fry was satisfied because it was not greasy like in other restaurants. Baked potatoes done very well. The first courses were good, the only flaw that they weren't hot enough, they also satisfied the little girl with an off-menu pasta. Amazing tiramisu and strawberry cheesecakes! Helpful and kind staff, the owner even more! .... she even offered us a bottle of Moscato sparkling wine ... THANKS AGAIN! WE WILL BE BACK!
