Camerieri e baristi molto bravi, servizievoli e giovani di gestione famigliare. Consiglio vivamente a tutti sopratutto se si vuole scappare dal caldo della pianura; ottimo! Hotel restaurant in bolca where you can stay cool in summer. I dined divinely: all very good from the first to the dessert .. exceptional! Very good, helpful and young family-run waiters and bartenders. I highly recommend to everyone especially if you want to escape from the heat of the plain; great!

Hotel trattoria Adele di Bolca: excellent large parking just below, competent and very kind staff. Very accurate and disinfected place. Respect anticovid standards. Great menu of the day. We ordered out potato tortelli with pumpkin and porcini filling. Exquisite. Before we went for a walk !!!!
