Ottima selezione di vini, personalmente abbiamo optato x una ribolla gialla vinnae jermann. I dolci logicamente non potevano essere da meno. Lo consiglio vivamente. Top, from 110 with honors. Exquisite raw ham, fantastic lobster noodles and perfect pasta cooking. Great wine selection, we personally opted for a vinnae jermann ribolla giallo. The desserts logically could not be outdone. I highly recommend it.

Il servizio è stato rapido e meticoloso, abbiamo bevuto un Capolemole, diviso un antipasto e scelto un primo e un secondo a testa. Ogni singola portata era pregna di freschezza nella materia prima e nella preparazione, tartare di tonno alla mediterranea delicata ma soddisfacente, polpo alla schiuma di mare unico nel suo genere. Non era la prima volta che ci andavo e non sarà sicuramente l'ultima! Excellent restaurant offering a wide choice of courses (main and not), a noteworthy wine list. The service was quick and meticulous, we drank a Capolemole, split an appetizer and chose a first and second course each. Every single course was full of freshness in the raw material and in the preparation, delicate but satisfying Mediterranean tuna tartare, octopus with sea foam unique of its kind. It was not the first time I went there and it will definitely not be the last!

I piatti buonissimi, dal crudo al dolce. Era tanto che non mangiavo un pesce lavorato con sapienza e esperienza. Non ci eravamo mai stati... Ritorneremo sicuramente Valentine's Day ... All couples, five of us ... Although the restaurant was full we were looked after with attention to the smallest details. The delicious dishes, from raw to sweet. It was a long time since I had eaten a fish worked with wisdom and experience. We had never been there ... We will definitely be back

Servizio perfetto. Resta il nostro ristorante di pesce preferito Already tried several times in the last three years and last night the TOP was reconfirmed: spaghetti with dream urchins and the inevitable tartare for us. Personale di sala sempre presente e disponibile, ma non invadente. Vasta la scelta di vini e soprattutto ho trovato la mia cantina preferita St. Michael Eppan. C'è poco da dire sul pesce che è freschissimo. Il ristorante è specializzato nel crudo, ma anche tutto ciò che è cotto è spettacolare. Il pesce mantiene tutto il suo sapore e la preparazione lo esalta. Le alici sembravano appena pescate, la frittura asciutta e croccante veramente divine per non parlare dello spaghetto al riccio strepitoso. Prezzi rapportati alla qualità. Consigliatissimo. One of the best fish restaurants tried, raw material of excellent quality, impeccably cooked. Attentive, punctual and courteous service. Room staff always present and helpful, but not intrusive. Wide choice of wines and above all I found my favorite winery St. Michael Eppan. There is little to say about fish which is very fresh. The restaurant specializes in raw food, but everything cooked is also spectacular. The fish retains all its flavor and the preparation enhances it. The anchovies seemed freshly caught, the dry and crunchy fry really divine not to mention the amazing sea urchin spaghetti. Prices related to quality. Highly recommended.
