Abbiamo avuto conferma di quanto sopra esposto perché abbiamo mangiato bene e ci siamo goduti la presentazione dei piatti molto curata. Ottimo il servizio e valida anche la carta dei vini. Da provare assolutamente. Menu con poche portate, che per me è indice di qualità e di portate preparate al momento. Presentazione dei piatti molto molto bella, e ottima la qualità del cibo. Piatti non banali e originali complimenti allo chef?. Servizio impeccabile e veloce. Proprietario ( penso fosse lui) molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente l'esperienza, per quanto mi riguarda torneremo..... Casualmente San Valentino è vicino? Today we had lunch at the "new ciglieri", we customers of the old management. A very pleasant experience. Small but well furnished place. Menu with few courses, which for me is a sign of quality and freshly prepared dishes. Very very nice presentation of the dishes, and excellent quality of food. Non-trivial and original dishes compliments the chef?. Impeccable and fast service. Owner (I think it was him) very nice. Ci accoglie un ambiente piacevole con pochi tavoli ben distanziati, arredato con gusto e signorilità. Bella la clientela, piacevole l'atmosfera che vi si respira. Dopo un invitante "amuse bouche" e un calice di bollicine della Valdobbiadene, inizia il percorso gustativo. Piatti semplici ma intriganti, tecnica sicura, grande equilibrio tra sapori, consistenze e contrasti, massimo rispetto per le ottime materie prime usate. Una cucina fresca, delicata ma nel contempo potente e piena di sapore. Da segnalare una magnifica "Tempura di gamberi, maionese speziata e mela verde", un ottimo "Baccalà, hummus di ceci, caponata, mandorle, capperi e olive taggiasche" e un eccellente "Risotto Argento e Seppia" un tributo a Gualtiero Marchesi e al suo risotto Oro e Zafferano un'icona della Nuova Cucina Italiana. Certo gli spazi di miglioramento esistono ma i risultati rispetto alla giovane età sono senz’altro forieri di un brillante avvenire. Servizio preciso e professionale. Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. In the delightful Ardenza district near the historic Baracchina Rossa, a pleasant surprise ... ..a chef of great talent Last night at dinner with friends at "Ciglieri" by Bernardo Bastiani the young Chef mentioned in the bets of 2022 by Luca Managlia, signature of "Identità Golose". A pleasant environment welcomes us with a few well-spaced tables, furnished with taste and elegance. Nice clientele, pleasant atmosphere. After an inviting "amuse bouche" and a glass of bubbly from Valdobbiadene, the gustatory journey begins. Simple but intriguing dishes, safe technique, great balance between flavors, textures and contrasts, maximum respect for the excellent raw materials used. A fresh, delicate but at the same time powerful and full of flavor cuisine. Worth noting is a magnificent "Shrimp Tempura, spiced mayonnaise and green apple", an excellent "Codfish, chickpea hummus, caponata, almonds, capers and Taggiasca olives" and an excellent "Silver and Cuttlefish Risotto" a tribute to Gualtiero Marchesi and his Gold and Saffron risotto an icon of New Italian Cuisine. Of course there is room for improvement, but the results compared to a young age are certainly harbingers of a bright future. Precise and professional service. Excellent price / quality ratio.
