Sia ben inteso non è un ristorante di lusso dove gustare piatti raffinati, bensì una trattoria a conduzione familiare di ottimo livello qualitativo con prodotti sempre freschi derivanti da spese giornaliere ai mercati zonali. La politica del titolare è molto chiara: "accolgo il giusto numero di commensali ed offro loro un servizio veloce ed efficiente, propinando un menù limitato ma ricco e abbondante nei contenuti". L'atmosfera che si percepisce al Cielo di Rame è familiare. Il personale è sorridente, mai stressato. Molte famiglie scelgono questa meta la domenica e ritornano spesso, anche perché si esce soddisfatti e con la sensazione di aver pagato un giusto conto... e di questi tempi è una rarità!
