Un posto accogliente e molto intimo con la cucina dello chef Emilio dove tutta la sua cultura è espressa nei piatti che cucina.Teresa è una perfetta padrona di casa dove ti metto a tuo agio e ti consiglia nel modo migliore il vino da abbinare al menù. A welcoming and very intimate place with the cuisine of chef Emilio where all her culture is expressed in the dishes she cooks.Teresa is a perfect hostess where I put you at ease and advise you in the best way the wine to match the menu. Gli arredi retro' e la posizione in piena campagna lo rendono un posto tranquillo, rilassante e pieno di calore. Gestori cordiali e simpatici riescono a farti sentire a tuo agio anche proponendo cucina e carta dei vini di alto livello. Menu' raffinato con piatti del territorio ma non solo. Impeccabile l'abbinamento dei sapori proposto dallo chef. (Il dolce semifreddo limone e sedano e' stata un'esperienza divina!!!) Prezzi in linea con la qualità dei prodotti ed il menu' proposto. Consigliatissimo!!!

Già al momento della prenotazione telefonica l'impressione é stata quella per cui l'accoglienza sarebbe stata calorosa e coinvolgente. E così è stato!! Dalla piccola entratina di benvenuto offerta fino al golosissimo dolce è stato un susseguirsi di sensazioni degustative fantastiche. Dall'antipasto a base di suino ed oca, all'eccellenza del formaggio francese servito caldo da consumarsi con le patate bollite con giardiniera fatta in casa ed ottimo speck altoatesino, dai ravioli di brasato d'oca alla coscia di oca ed anatra, i nostri palati sono stati coccolati. Lista di vini non esagerata quantitativamente ma, a mio parere, corretta qualititativamente e coerente con lo spirito del ristorante. Ottimo il Valpolicella classico 2010 di Buglioni. Bravi ed accoglienti i due nuovi gestori che si dividono i compiti in cucina ed in sala. Una volta entrati nel ristorante il tempo è come se si fosse fermato: più di tre ore sono volate senza che nessuno di noi se ne accorgesse!! Complimenti per tutto ed in bocca al lupo (e come detto a voce naturalmente W il lupo...) per tutti i vostri fantastici progetti dai 4 genovesi. Fantastic experience. 4 left from Genoa specifically to have lunch in this restaurant. Already at the time of the telephone booking, the impression was that the welcome would have been warm and engaging. And so it was !! From the small welcome entrance offered to the delicious dessert, it was a succession of sensations fantastic tastings. From pork and goose based appetizers, to the excellence of French cheese served hot to be consumed with boiled potatoes with homemade pickled vegetables and excellent South Tyrolean speck, from braised goose ravioli to the leg of goose and duck, our palates were pampered. Wine list not exaggerated quantitatively but, in my opinion, qualitatively correct and consistent with the spirit of the restaurant. Buglioni's classic Valpolicella 2010 is excellent. The two new managers who share the tasks in the kitchen and in the dining room are good and welcoming. Once we enter the restaurant, time is as if it had stopped: more than three hours have flown by without any of us noticing! Congratulations for everything and good luck (and as said aloud of course W the wolf ...) for all your fantastic projects from the 4 Genoese.
