Ogni giorno ci ha deliziati con qualche sua ricetta anche fuori menù. Provare per credere. If you are in the area it is the most suitable place to stop, quiet place, the rooms are comfortable but the cuisine of chef Dino is something that cannot be described in words. Every day he delighted us with some of his recipes even off the menu. Seeing is believing.

Esperienza pessima We ordered 4sec which mini size looked like baby menu, reported to the waitress that the dishes also presented in flavor, when we went to pay no discount was given and no apologies were made from the chef's side. La mia valutazione - sul bar/ristorante - è più che buona, forse l'aspetto del locale dalla strada tiene basse le aspettative ma invece può regalare sorprese. Buoni gli aperitivi ed il tagliere, il servizio è veloce. Per la cena, i piatti sono ottimi: ho mangiato una tagliata che si scioglieva in bocca e degli strozzapreti alla trentina buonissimi. Ma fatevi consigliare dal proprietario/cuoco. I stayed a few days in Farra and practically every day I was in this restaurant / bar. My evaluation - on the bar / restaurant - is more than good, perhaps the appearance of the place from the street keeps expectations low but instead it can give surprises. Good aperitifs and the platter, the service is fast. For dinner, the dishes are excellent: I ate a tagliata that melted in the mouth and some very good strozzapreti alla thirty. But take advice from the owner / cook.

Servizio eccellente e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo senz'altro e nel frattempo lo raccomandiamo vivamente. We went to the restaurant with friends on Easter Sunday and for the occasion they offered us a very special menu at an affordable price. Excellent service and very nice and helpful staff. We will definitely be back and in the meantime we highly recommend it.
C	Condor Pasa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie Dino ed ai suoi collaboratori, come dalle ceneri riemerge la fenice, cosi dopo qualche mese di chiusura ha ripreso questo locale nei pressi di Pedavena e Feltre. Ottimi i pranzi che vengono serviti con passione e dovizia nella presentazione, Il grande cuoco stellato, Dino, si prodiga nel rendere succulenti i piatti tradizionali e talvolta a proporre delle varianti veramente appetitose, vi consiglio tra i tanti gli strangolapreti alla trentina in burro salvia e letto di formaggio fuso, le trippe classiche e meravigliose, le cotolette che tracimano dai piatti normalmente usati per la pizza, gli ossi buco di vitello, le lasagne al radicchio tardivo, il tutto accompagnato da un prosecco delicato. E per finire un bel jingseng doppio per dare il via alla vita del pomeriggio senza pesantezza per il lauto pranzo. Buon Appetito a tutti , nel weekand Dino si sbizzarisce con il pesce, ma questo ve lo racconterò nella prossima recensione....
