Il personale super qualificato e competente. Modestino persona squisita, molto accogliente e competere oltre che simpaticissimo, invece lo chef è pronto a farvi viaggiare con i sapori tipici del posto. Il cibo è qualcosa di indescrivibile, tutto fresco, tutto di zona, preparato alla perfezione, lo consiglio vivamente!!! Divine location, at the entrance there is that beautiful, very characteristic, heavenly courtyard, on the other side also the well-stocked Bar. The super qualified and competent staff. Modest person exquisite, very welcoming and competitive as well as very nice, instead the chef is ready to make you travel with the typical flavors of the place. The food is something indescribable, all fresh, all local, perfectly prepared, I highly recommend it !!!

Quando mangio al Castello mi fiondo subito sugli antipasti, tantissimi e uno più buono dell'altro (basterebbero quelli per sfamare i più data la quantità) ma anche i primi e la carne sono veramente ottimi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo poi è imbattibile, veramente consigliato se siete in zona ma anche se vi va di fare una scampagnata e restare per pranzo o cena (vicino al ristorante ci sono le grotte del bussento, potreste approfittare per unire le due cose e trascorrere una piacevolissima giornata) Excellent restaurant, high quality products and good cuisine. When I eat at the Castle I immediately sling on the appetizers, many and one better than the other (those would be enough to feed the most given the quantity) but also the first courses and the meat are really excellent. The value for money is unbeatable, really recommended if you are in the area but even if you want to go for a picnic and stay for lunch or dinner (near the restaurant there are the bussento caves, you could take the opportunity to combine the two and spend a very pleasant day)

Un po' titubante per il fatto che sia bar, tabacchi e ristorante ma.... Gradita sorpresa!!! Nella saletta molto fresca ed illuminata in maniera molto rilassante e soft, iniziano ad arrivare gli antipasti... Misto per due e, sebbene fosse un misto di verdure e salumi, era veramente tutto molto buono. Per primo cavatelli con pomodoro e provola e cavatelli con pomodorini e melanzane nella loro semplicità ben fatti e ben conditi. Per non uscire rotolando dal locale siamo passati direttamente al dolce, tartufo di pizzo calabro cioccolato bianco e caffè, molto buono; bella sorpresa nel conto... Un' onestissima quarantina di euro... Consiglio a chi passa da quelle parti e va a fare la bellissima visita all'Oasi WWF. We were there after the trip to the WWF oasis, by chance, also because it was the only place open. A little hesitant due to the fact that it is a bar, tobacconist and restaurant but .... A welcome surprise !!! In the very cool and lighted room in a very relaxing and soft way, the appetizers begin to arrive ... Mixed for two and, although it was a mixture of vegetables and salami, it was really all very good. First cavatelli with tomato and provolone and cavatelli with cherry tomatoes and aubergines in their simplicity, well made and well seasoned. In order not to roll out of the room, we went straight to the sweet, Calabrian lace truffle, white chocolate and coffee, very good; nice surprise in the bill ... A very honest forty euros ... I recommend to those who pass over there and go to make the beautiful visit to the WWF Oasis.

V	Vin B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must try the typical pizza they make here, which is filled with chease and aubergines. I have heard people proclaiming their intention to literally stuff themselves to death by eating this pizza. I can totally empathise. Hope this place stays open...

We were tired and hungry after our hike nearby and we were so glad to find a place that serves food and drinks at 4pm! We had raviolli, salads, tagliatelles and meat with fries and everything was very good! And very cheap! With house wine (5€ the bottle!) and coffee and desert! It all came to 60euros or so and we were 4 people! The guy there was very nice and welcoming although he couldn’t speak english but we could understand just enough!
