★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante da consigliare per gli amanti dei menù tradizionali e non: a Balugola non rimarrano delusi!!! Cucina tipica e ricette antiche riproposte nella cornice dell'antico castello del XII secolo, sapientemente ristrutturato, da visitare in qualsiasi stagione dell'anno, sia fuori nell'ampio balcone che nelle sale interne. Un luogo stupendo, dove si mangia benissimo!!!!

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, tortelloni burro e salvia super, sfoglia sottile al punto giusto e ripieno freschissimo, maccheroncini con porcini, tortino su crema di formaggio e tartufo da giù di testa, formaggi, gnocco e tigelle tutto veramente buonissimo! Torta della nonna voto 10. Ci torneremo sicuramente
It deserves six stars! Wonderful place and very kind staff. We ate very well, tortelloni with butter and super sage, thin sheet at the right point and very fresh filling, macaroni with porcini, pie on cream cheese and truffles from the head, cheeses, dumplings and tigelle all really delicious! Grandma's cake vote 10. We will definitely be back

In questa stagione porcini e tartufo la fanno da padrone nel menù ma anche le paste ripiene e le carni sono speciali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante trovato per caso su Maps posto sulle colline di Modena dispone di una ottima location all'interno di una castello co mura di 80cm...il menù tipico della zona è tutto fatto in casa anche se noi questa volta abbiamo optato per gnocco e tigelle+ verdure grigliate. Posso dire che la cena è stata ottima il personale gentile e cordiale. Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare gli altri piatti.
Restaurant found by chance on Maps located on the hills of Modena has an excellent location inside a castle with walls of 80cm ... the typical menu of the area is all homemade even if this time we have opted for gnocco and tigelle + grilled vegetables. I can say that the dinner was excellent the staff were polite and friendly. We will definitely come back to taste the other dishes.
