Consigliato se poi si volesse fare un giro piacevole nel vicino Castello di Masino che domina il Canavese e la Serra Morenica. Castello patrimonio del FAI. Small family run restaurant. Excellent for those who love mushrooms and Piedmontese mixed fried fish. Good choice of wines. Recommended if you then wanted to take a pleasant ride in the nearby Masino Castle overlooking the Canavese and the Serra Morenica. Castle heritage of FAI.

Ovviamente consiglio menù di funghi, se possibile. Prezzi onesti. Non farò più passare tanto tempo x tornare Very satisfying. I had been there many years ago and I didn't think it could still give me so much satisfaction. It has returned to its former owners and you can feel it. Of course I recommend mushroom menus if possible. Honest prices. I won't let so much time go by to come back

Servizio veloce (3 tavoli occupati) cordiale e efficace. Fasciatoio in bagno. Non mi è piaciuto la mezza forzatura nel trovare funghi sott'olio al tavolo al nostro arrivo e i grissini che erano molli. Vino rosso della casa molto buono, flan con fonduta molto buono, polenta concia buona. Peccato per i tagliolini che siamo abituati a mangiare senza cipolla. Mi piacciono di più quelli della suocera ed è dire tutto... dolce boh.. 50 euro: 1 acqua, mezzo litro di vino rosso della casa, 1 polenta concia con funghi, 1 flan con fonduta di formaggio, 2 tagliolini, 1 dolce, 2 caffè. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Magari da provare in piena stagione dei funghi. Nice family restaurant a bit retro and typical very bright. All based on mushrooms. No card proposed. Fast service (3 tables occupied) friendly and effective. Changing table in the bathroom. I didn't like the half forcing in finding pickled mushrooms at the table upon our arrival and the breadsticks which were mushy. Very good house red wine, very good flan with fondue, good polenta concia. Too bad for the tagliolini that we are used to eating without onion. I like those of the mother-in-law more and that's saying everything ... sweet boh .. 50 euros: 1 water, half a liter of house red wine, 1 polenta concia with mushrooms, 1 flan with cheese fondue, 2 tagliolini, 1 dessert, 2 coffees. Good value for money. Maybe to try in full mushroom season.

È la classica sala ristorante piemontese di una volta, con un menù semplice ma completo. 45 euro per tutto, incluso un poco di vino di accompagnamento ai funghi ben cucinati. Insomma se vi va di mangiare bene e semplice, fa per voi. Il paesino è piccolo e non ci sono molti parcheggi, ma a qualche centinaio di metri ci si aggiusta. We had always been there to eat mushrooms and once again it does not disappoint. It is the classic Piedmontese restaurant of the past, with a simple but complete menu. 45 euros for everything, including a little wine to accompany the well-cooked mushrooms. In short, if you like to eat well and simple, it's for you. The village is small and there are not many parking spaces, but a few hundred meters away you can fix it.

We loved the fried porcini mushrooms in particular, but the risotto and tagliatelle were yummy as well. People were very friendly. As an Italia-americana from foodie California I am proud of my grandfather’s town.
