Tengono alto il nome del monastero a differenza di chi, burocrate incapace di razionalità, svilisce la straordinaria bellezza del posto. Chi lavora per il FAI dovrebbe valorizzare queste meraviglie, come ben riescono a fare i proprietari del ristorante…

In risposta a quanto scritto dal proprietario posso dire:
1. Solo dopo ben 20 minuti di attesa in fila ci è stato comunicato dalla cameriera che tutte le persone che avevano prenotato erano oramai sedute e che non avreste accettato altri clienti (ore 14.00). Le consiglio la prossima volta di non far aspettate le persone in fila per nulla, ma di avvisarli subito che magari tutto il ristorante è occupato, soprattutto nei giorni di festa.
2. Il mio compagno è chef e sappiamo benissimo che sarebbe consigliato prenotare nei giorni di festa, ma sappiamo anche che far uscire un piatto di pasta dalle 13.40 alle 14.15 non sarebbe stata un’impresa. Anche perché siamo rimasti lì tutto il pomeriggio ed abbiamo visto che i tavoli liberi alle 13.40 sono rimasti liberi, e che avete fatto uscire piatti d’asporto per i venditori alle bancarelle esterne.
3. Abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di venderci anche semplicemente dei panini o qualcosa da asporto (dato che quello è l'unico ristorante bar che potesse venderci del cibo), ma ci è stato risposto che era impossibile.
4. Inoltre, se vogliamo parlare di professionalità, vedere un cameriere che, ogni volta che esce dalla cucina con due piatti in mano, fa a vanti ed indietro non sapendo dove vadano le portate, è poco professionale.

In response to what the owner wrote I can say:
1. Only after 20 minutes of waiting in line we were informed by the waitress that all the people who had booked were now seated and that you would not accept other customers (2.00 pm). I advise you next time not to make people wait in line for nothing, but to warn them immediately that maybe the whole restaurant is busy, especially on holidays.
2. My partner is a chef and we know very well that it would be advisable to book on holidays, but we also know that putting out a plate of pasta from 1.40 pm to 2.15 pm would not have been a challenge. Also because we stayed there all afternoon and we saw that the free tables at 13.40 remained free, and that you sent take-away dishes for the vendors to the outside stalls.
3. We asked for the possibility of simply selling us sandwiches or something to take away (since this is the only restaurant bar that could sell us food), but we were told that it was impossible.
4. Furthermore, if we want to talk about professionalism, seeing a waiter who, every time he comes out of the kitchen with two dishes in hand, goes back and forth not knowing where the dishes are going, is unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posticino molto carino, molto buono tutto il mis en place. Pane buonissimo, tagliere buono, ma affettati non al top. Giardiniera molto buona. Carne cotta nel bastone di faggio, molto caratteristica e buona!
Very nice little place, very good all mis en place. Yummy bread, good cutting board, but not top-quality cold cuts. Very good gardener. Meat cooked in the beech stick, very characteristic and good!

In occasione dell'evento Halloween hanno proposto un menù a base di zucca, molto ben riuscito ed originale.
Ingredienti di ottima qualità.
Personale gentile ed attento.
