Dopo un attimo antipasto misto di salumi e formaggi abbiamo provato del nuovo menu 2022 i ravioli di grano saraceno con pulled pork e i cannelloni di ricotta e radicchio con ragù di coniglio. Davvero deliziosi! Per finire una mouse di cocco ricoperta di cioccolato su sbrisolona che ci ha stupito. Accompagnato con dell'ottimo vino locale. Complimenti allo chef e alle ragazze gentili e ben preparate!
 An excellent dinner based on local products, balanced but engaging tastes. After a moment, a mixed appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses, we tried the buckwheat ravioli with pulled pork and the cannelloni with ricotta and radicchio with rabbit ragout from the new 2022 menu. Really delicious! Finally, a chocolate-covered coconut mouse on sbrisolona that amazed us. Accompanied with excellent local wine. Congratulations to the chef and the kind and well-trained girls!
