I recommend it, beautiful presentation of the dishes, great place well furnished and very kind staff, I just had a quick aperitif , but I'll definitely be back for a dinner ...

Siamo ritornati all'Orto dopo un po' di tempo dall'ultima nostra visita, ma come in passato abbiamo ritrovato il posto molto accogliente e curato. Complimenti! Pleasant Sunday lunch with friends! We returned to the Garden some time after our last visit, but as in the past we found the place very welcoming and well cared for. Congratulations!

Pochi Km fuori dalla metropoli c’è la possibilità di mangiare in una vecchia stazione postale con annessa ghiacciaia monumentale e scuderie. I proprietari hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro conservativo ma il punto forte è l’offerta culinaria che partendo da piatti tradizionali offre una rivisitazione sia al palato che soprattutto agli occhi. Ci accoglie il gestore Tommaso Benincasa che oltre al tour storico architettonico ci guida attraverso l’offerta che comprende pochi piatti (per me un plus), sia di carne che di pesce. Seguendo i sui consigli optiamo per un uovo con fonduta e prosciutto croccante, per seguire con pesce spada per me e trippa per il mio amico. Chiudiamo con un dolce al cioccolato e caffè che abbina benissimo il dolce del cioccolato con il salato de biscotto. Ottimo il Pinot Nero locale. Conto attorno agli 80€ pienamente giustificato. Consigliato. Surprising restaurant outside Milan. A few kilometers outside the metropolis there is the possibility of eating in an old post station with an adjoining monumental icebox and stables. The owners have done an excellent conservative job but the strong point is the culinary offer which, starting from traditional dishes, offers a reinterpretation both on the palate and especially on the eyes. We are welcomed by the manager Tommaso Benincasa who, in addition to the historical architectural tour, guides us through the offer that includes a few dishes (a plus for me), both meat and fish. Following his advice we opt for an egg with fondue and crispy ham, followed by swordfish for me and tripe for my friend. We close with a chocolate and coffee dessert that combines very well the chocolate dessert with the savory biscuit. The local Pinot Noir is excellent. Account around € 80 fully justified. Recommended.

Polpetta di melanzana, spaghetti alla chitarra cn crema di zucchine, mandorle, amaretti e gamberi, sferamisù che sembrava un'opera tardi. Personale super top!!!! Approved. Torneroooooó!!! Cute place outside Milan where I ate really well. Dishes for all palates chosen with taste and care. Eggplant meatball, spaghetti alla chitarra with cream of courgettes, almonds, amaretti and prawns, sferamisù that looked like a late opera. Super top staff !!!! Approved. Torneroooooó !!!
M	Marco Bonanno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gita a Morimondo improvvisata, unico locale con posti disponibili.... apparentemente si presenta come una trattoria tipica in realtà il menu un po' scarno richiama un misto di cucina pseudo-emiliana/lombarda. Piatti nella media, niente di eccezionale.....eravamo tre commensali, dividiamo un tagliere di salumi "locali" con solo due gnocchi fritti(almeno datene uno a testa), risotto molto buono mentre la pasta molto salata, mix di formaggi non eccezionale.... insomma senza gloria senza fama. Staff gentilissimo e prezzi nella media. Improvised trip to Morimondo, the only place with seats available .... apparently it looks like a typical trattoria, in reality the rather sparse menu recalls a mixture of pseudo-Emilian / Lombard cuisine. Average dishes, nothing exceptional ..... we were three diners, we share a platter of "local" cured meats with only two fried gnocchi (at least give one each), very good risotto while the very salty pasta, mix of cheeses not exceptional .... in short, without glory without fame. Very kind staff and average prices.
