★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto caratteristico dall'atmosfera particolare; ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio mulino ad acqua concede sensazioni incantevoli. Buon cibo e cortesia. Il posto nella zona dove mangiare la migliore fiorentina che si possa trovare, accompagnando il piatto con uno dei fantastici vini coservati nella cantina del locale. Se non amate la carne piatti con trota affumicata o fresca soddisferanno il vostro palato. Un luogo in cui fermarsi assolutamente.
 A characteristic place with a particular atmosphere; derived from the renovation of an old water mill grants enchanting sensations. Good food and courtesy. The place in the area to eat the best Florentine I could find, accompanying the dish with one of coservati fantastic wines in the cellar. If you do not like meat with smoked or fresh trout will please your palate. A place to stop absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto incantevole e cordialità a profusione! Ottima la Fiorentina cotta divinamente come preferite e servita adeguatamente. Vasta scelta di antipasti e primi e dolci fatti in casa. Gli amici a 4 zampe sono i benvenuti, meglio se educati come i nostri anche se un po' ingombranti. La ciccia anche per loro, soprattutto da portare a casa. Ci torneremo e lo consiglio.
Lovely place and friendliness in profusion! Excellent Fiorentina cooked divinely as you prefer and served adequately. Wide choice of appetizers and first courses and homemade desserts. 4-legged friends are welcome, better if educated like ours even if a bit bulky. Fat for them too, especially to take home. We will be back and recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è proprio dietro l'angolo ma, per una qualsiasi di queste ragioni, vale un ora o più di macchina: ottima Fiorentina sul torrente, qualità costante nel tempo, sconto finale sempre gradito e molta pulizia!
It is not just around the corner but, for any of these reasons, it is worth an hour or more by car: excellent Fiorentina on the stream, constant quality over time, final discount always welcome and a lot of cleanliness!

Our menu was
Carpaccio of wild boar - exquisite
Trofie with Freshly made pesto (small pieces of pasta - this is to die for!)
Stinco di Maiale ( traditionally roasted shank of pork) wonderful
The wine selection is superb, one is invited to enter the wine cellar and choose, or the proprietor will recommend.
15 minutes drive from Borgo Taro easy to find.
The atmosphere is very congenial, traditional decor - a wonderful experience.
