Santo & Antonio sono due fratelli che sanno riproporre la cucina vera di casa in chiave "gourmet" ma mantenendo sostanza e porzioni degne dei pranzi in famiglia. Antipasto ricco e ben presentato, con gusti variegati e un percorso tra gli assaggi da non stancare il palato. Ricotta fresca,pomodoro con ripieno di basilico e menta, bruschetta di curcuma e pomodorini, pane ai 7 cereali e una maionese fatta in casa, uovo alla monachella(eccezionale),caponatina classica, involtino fritto di fagiolini caciocavallo e salame piccante e per finire un'arancino al limone per pulire dai gusti. Il tagliere di pane fatto in casa ha dato il tocco in più ad ogni assaggio! Tutto preparato con semplicità e cura del dettaglio! Tra i primi la scelta è ricaduta su dei torcetti (gnocchetto di pasta fresca fatta in casa) con un sugo alla trapanese con l'aggiunta di un ristretto di burrata: la pasta restava avvolta nel sugo senza perdere di consistenza e il ristretto regolava la sapidità di tutto il piatto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente imbattibile (antipasto molto abbondante, 2 primi, acqua e caffè circa 30 euro). Direi caldamente consigliato, e ancora complimenti a Santo e Antonio, bravi!! FANTASTIC !!! Dining experience in this small restaurant that will leave you speechless. Santo & Antonio are two brothers who know how to re-propose the real home cooking in a "gourmet" key but maintaining substance and portions worthy of family lunches. Rich and well presented appetizer, with varied tastes and a path between tastings that will not tire the palate. Fresh ricotta, tomato with basil and mint filling, turmeric and cherry tomato bruschetta, 7-grain bread and a homemade mayonnaise, egg monachella (exceptional), classic caponatina, fried roulade of green beans, caciocavallo and spicy salami and finally a arancino with lemon to cleanse the flavors. The homemade bread platter gave the extra touch to every bite! All prepared with simplicity and attention to detail! Among the first courses, the choice fell on torcetti (gnocchetto of fresh homemade pasta) with a Trapanese sauce with the addition of a restricted burrata: the pasta remained wrapped in the sauce without losing consistency and the restricted adjusted the flavor of the whole dish. Really unbeatable value for money (very generous appetizer, 2 first courses, water and coffee around 30 euros). I would say highly recommended, and again congratulations to Santo and Antonio, good!

Ottima cucina tipica con piatti che rispecchiano la tradizione locale. Piatti abbondanti e tutti di loro produzione, prezzi nella media. Una esperienza sicuramente da riprovare, consigliatissimo. Location very well maintained, clean and welcoming. The staff is very kind, prepared and all very nice. Excellent typical cuisine with dishes that reflect the local tradition. Plentiful dishes and all of their own production, average prices. An experience definitely worth trying again, highly recommended.
