M	Mariano Di Spirito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Location sehr gut gepflegt mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf die Küste. Der Service war etwas überfordert und der längere Streit in der Küche zwischen dem Servicemann und die Köchin, dem man gut hören konnte, war unangenehm. Aber sonst sehr empfehlenswert!!! Food was excellent and the location was very well cared for with a fantastic view of the coast. The service was a bit overwhelmed and the long argument in the kitchen between the service man and the cook, whom you could hear well, was unpleasant. But otherwise very recommendable!

Beatrice tra i tavoli e Sara in cucina sono riuscite a spazzare via una notevole serie di luoghi comuni sulla cucina vegetariana: piatti eccellenti, preparati e presentati "con amore" e una Pappa col Pomodoro che, da sola, è una storia della cucina toscana. Consigliatissimo: peccato che chiudono a fine ottobre e riaprono a primavera! On the side of the hills between Castagneto C. and Bolgheri, facing the splendid scenery of the Tyrrhenian Sea, surrounded by olive trees, a restaurant you would not expect, a vegetarian restaurant. Beatrice between the tables and Sara in the kitchen have managed to sweep away a remarkable series of clichés about vegetarian cuisine: excellent dishes, prepared and presented "with love" and a Pappa col Pomodoro which, alone, is a history of Tuscan cuisine. Highly recommended: too bad they close in late October and reopen in spring!

Il ristorante non è caro nonostante il posto e il servizio impeccabile che offre. Un grazie ad Achille, il cagnone dei proprietari che tiene compagnia durante la cena :) Staff prepared and very kind. Breath-taking view! The cuisine is special, all fresh and local ingredients. The restaurant is not expensive despite the place and the impeccable service it offers. Thanks to Achille, the big dog of the owners who keeps company during dinner :)

Si mangia vegetariano ma mto gustoso, tutto condito con un olio di oliva prodotto da loro di una qualità eccezionale (provare per credere). Abbiamo iniziato con una serie di antipasti misti, di primo una carbonara con i peperoni e per finire un dolce al cioccolato con marmellata di lamponi fatta in casa. I fratelli Simone e Beatrice mto simpatici e affabili, Simone ci fatto visitare il frantoio e ci ha spiegato tutta la filiera del funzionamento. E per finire il conto davvero molto onesto. Bravi non ci sono molti posti così. A fantastic and almost unexpected evening! We eat vegetarian but tasty mto, all seasoned with an olive oil produced by them of an exceptional quality (try it). We started with a series of mixed starters, first a carbonara with peppers and finally a chocolate dessert with homemade raspberry jam. The brothers Simone and Beatrice mto friendly and kind, Simone made us visit the mill and explained to us the whole chain of operation. And to finish the bill really very honest. Well there are not many places like this.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti da questa cena, quando si pensa alle vacanze in Toscana non si pensa di certo di andare a mangiare in un ristorante vegetariano! Piatti tutti buonissimi, il loro punto di forza è sicuramente l’olio messo sui patti a crudo. Consigliamo le verdure fritte, dolci spettacolari! Proposta di vini locali ottimi! A pleasant evening! We were pleasantly surprised by this dinner, when you think about holidays in Tuscany you certainly don't think about going to eat in a vegetarian restaurant! All dishes are delicious, their strong point is definitely the oil put on raw pacts. We recommend the fried vegetables, spectacular desserts! Excellent local wine proposal!

I proprietari sono molto gentili e preparati, producono olio nel loro frantoio e si può degustare in purezza e sui loro piatti. anche per il fritto utilizzano olio extra vergine. The owners are very kind and prepared, they produce oil in their oil mill and it can be tasted in purity and on their plates. they also use extra virgin olive oil for frying.
