Pros: Everything seems very fresh and, despite the high quality of the food, there is no "fancy" tendency for "molecular" - read microscopic - plating. Food comes in real gourmand size and presentation package. Prices are exceptionally well balanced, the welcome frizzante glass, (made from Chardonnay), was one of the best we ever had, local wines are excellent and almost unbelievable temperately priced. Staff is not just friendly, but very professional and attentive, with a sense for quick evaluation and understanding of guest preferences. Classic choice of desserts, but again, high quality and fresh.
