Fatto: porto il mio Citizen Aqualand 2 (in foto), per sostituzione pila esausta ed effettuare la prova di tenuta sub. Dopo una settimana vado a riprenderlo, pago 50 € come pattuito (aimè senza il rilascio di scontrino fiscale, "mea culpa" che non l'ho chiesto, ma ero molto di fretta) e, giunto a casa, mi accorgo di non avere il tagliandino della prova sub effettuata. Chiamo immediatamente il Sig. Rispoli chiedendo spiegazioni. Lo stesso, rassicurandomi sul fatto che la prova sub è stata regolarmente effettuata con apparecchiatura "a secco", si giustifica dichiarando che la stampante era momentaneamente fuori uso, pertanto, non ha potuto rilasciarmi lo scontrino del test effettuato. Sentendomi raggirato e deluso per la fiducia riposta, decido quindi di non andare oltre ponendo fine a questa inverosimile giustificazione. Probabilmente, il Sig. Diego Rispoli, ignora il fatto che il cliente possa conoscere bene il suo orologio e sapere che i test di impermeabilità, (anche se effettuati a "secco", come sostiene di aver eseguito), a similitudine delle immersioni vere e proprie, vengono mantenute in memoria dallo stesso orologio e purtroppo, nel mio caso, non ve nè rimasta traccia. Peccato.... I give a star as I can not give less, given my recent negative experience. Fact: I bring my Citizen Aqualand 2 (pictured), to replace the exhausted battery and perform the sub-leak test. After a week I go to take it back, I pay € 50 as agreed (alas without the receipt of receipt, "mea culpa" that I did not ask, but I was very in a hurry) and, come home, I realize I do not have the coupon of the sub test carried out. I immediately call Mr. Rispoli asking for explanations. The same, reassuring me that the sub test was regularly performed with "dry" equipment, is justified by declaring that the printer was temporarily out of use, therefore, could not release the receipt of the test performed. Feeling cheated and disappointed by the trust placed, I decided not to go further putting an end to this far-fetched justification. Probably, Mr. Diego Rispoli, ignores the fact that the customer can know his watch well and know that the tests of impermeability, (even if made to "dry", as claimed to have performed), similar to real dives and own, are kept in memory by the same clock and unfortunately, in my case, there is no trace left. Sin....

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Professionalism, courtesy and speed. I brought a Sector watch from Rispoli to repair the strap and it was fixed in a couple of minutes. Excellent value for money.

Mi hanno rovinato un orologio di pregio facendo dei danni irreversibili. Poca serietà, poca professionalità, solo tanta finta educazione. Absolutely to be avoided. Very little professionalism, good only for changing batteries, but at double the price of any Chinese. They ruined a fine watch for me, causing irreversible damage. Little seriousness, little professionalism, just a lot of fake education.
