★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro un dispenser per sapone all’apparenza di metallo, a casa lo apro e il gancio sotto è già rotto poiché di una plastica molto scadente. Lo riporto per cambiarlo e mi chiedono se rivoglio lo stesso prodotto, ovviamente rispondo di no perché credevo fosse di un’altra qualità. Prendo altri prodotti per cambiarlo e mi dicono che non è possibile perché il dispenser passa con iva al 5% perciò non ho scelta (cosa assurda).. torno in cassa e sento che due cassiere mi stavano accusando di non rivolere lo stesso prodotto perché l’ho rotto io (premetto di non aver aperto nulla, la scatola era come quando l’ho acquistata) .. insomma riprendo il dispenser (obbligata e accusata) e non mi vedranno più.
I buy a soap dispenser that looks like metal, at home I open it and the hook underneath is already broken because it is made of very poor plastic. I bring it back to change it and they ask me if I want the same product back, obviously I answer no because I thought it was of a different quality. I take other products to change it and they tell me that it is not possible because the dispenser passes with 5% VAT so I have no choice (absurd thing) .. I go back to the cashier and I hear that two cashiers were accusing me of not returning the same product because the 'I broke it (I state that I did not open anything, the box was like when I bought it) .. in short, I take back the dispenser (obliged and accused) and they will never see me again.
