★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima azienda produttrice di pentole , prodotti completamente fatti in Italia , ho avuto in regalo vari modelli di pentole che utilizzo tutti i giorni da più di un anno e sono praticamente ancora come nuovi , producono per i più grandi distributori e rivenditori.
 Excellent company producing pots, products completely made in Italy, I had various models of pots as a gift that I have been using every day for more than a year and they are practically still like new, they produce for the largest distributors and retailers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vale certo i soldi che si fa pagare. Si rigano a saltare due spaghetti cozze e vongole..... e sono state comprate dalla fabbrica a prezzo pieno per evitare prodotti di serie B.... mai più.
Certainly not worth the money you charge. Two spaghetti with mussels and clams ..... and they were bought from the factory at full price to avoid products of series B .... never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come una bella macchina: grandi soddisfazioni quando le usi (soprattutto se come me, le utilizzi professionalmente), sono prodotti meritano la giusta cura per durare nel tempo. Rara perla di Made in Italy come una volta.
Like a nice car: great satisfaction when you use them (especially if like me, use them professionally), they are products that deserve the right care to last. Rare pearl of Made in Italy as it once was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo acquistato queste pentole non più di 6 mesi fa spendendo non pochi soldi. Le abbiamo tenute sempre benissimo, nessun lavaggio in lavastoviglie e ogni volte le riponevamo nella mensola all'interno del sacchetto fornito dall'azienda.

we bought these pots no more than 6 months ago, spending a lot of money. We always kept them very well, no washing in the dishwasher and every time we placed them on the shelf inside the bag provided by the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi dopo 12 anni dall'acquisto di un set completo di pentole antiaderenti risolì ho sostituito la mia prima pentola,le altre sono tutte in perfetto stato.Ottimo prodotto,valgono tutto quello che costano.Bisogna rispettare tutti i consigli dell'azienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato set di padelle sul loro shop online. Dopo due settimane il wok ha presentato un lieve distacco dello strato antiaderente. Ho contattato l'azienda allegando delle foto. Mi hanno risposto nel giro di due ore spiegandomi cosa poteva essere successo. Il giorno successivo senza neanche voler vedere il pezzo me ne hanno spedito uno in sostituzione.
Complimenti per il servizio post vendita.
Purchased set of frying pans on their online shop. After two weeks the wok showed a slight detachment of the non-stick layer. I contacted the company attaching photos. They replied within two hours explaining what could have happened. The next day, without even wanting to see the piece, they sent me a replacement one.
Congratulations on the after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Christmas Greenstone set. The delivery was great. Customer service always available.
The only issue was their Greenstone line. Just after cooking twice with it the film got scratched too easily. When made a claim regarding the issue I would have to pay additionally for shipping to have my pan replaced. Companies like Tefal would just shipped me a replacement within warranty. Needless to say that it was cheaper to buy a new Tefal pan that I can trust than to lose more money on a pan that wasn't as resistant as understood to be.
I would only recommend buying this from a retailer since you can claim at the store should like me recieved a product that broke so quickly. If thats not the case I can say that for a frypan greenstone line has not been as resistant as I hoped. Maybe other product lines are better within Risoli but I'm done spending with this company. A ceramic Tefal can hold higher temperatures and the small amount of oil is just needed to give more crip results.
