Petrozziello, persona molto gentile, mi ha seguito dapprima al Telefono nonostante impegnato in riparazioni e dopo mi ha accolto nel laboratorio, nemmeno il tempo di aprire la porta che già aveva capito il problema ed aveva trovato anche la risoluzione.
Con molta gentilezza e Professionalità oltre a risolvere il problema, ha stabilito una cosa che oggi, manca il rapporto con il cliente.
Premetto che era la prima volta che ci andavo, e da ora in poi non sarà neanche l'ultima.
