★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare. Mi sono rivolta a questa attività per sostituire il display rotto di un iPhone7. In una giornata me l'hanno reso per la modica cifra di € 139,01, ma fin dalla sera il display ha iniziato a non funzionare correttamente... all'inizio erano solo piccoli problemi che speravo di risolvere con un reset, ma dopo due giorni mi telefonava da solo e mi inseriva da solo il codice pin bloccandomi il telefono! Ero a Grosseto solo per vacanza e quando, pochissimi giorni dopo, li ho chiamati per notificare il problema, dapprima mi hanno trattato in modo molto maleducato, poi mi hanno mandato una mail con toni più cortesi in cui mi chiedevano di: andare in un altro negozio (abito in Lombardia), farmi fare una relazione tecnica (a pagamento), spedirgli il telefono a Grosseto (spedizione e assicurazione a mio carico), aspettare la loro valutazione per valutare un rimborso e rinviarmelo (a mio carico). Insomma: altri soldi, altri giorni in cui il telefono mi consumava giga e minuti da solo e pure trattata male. Ho risolto cambiando azienda, sinceramente non mi fidavo per niente a ridargli in mano il mio telefono. EVITATELI!

I was in Grosseto only for vacation and when, a few days later, I called them to report the problem, first they treated me in a very rude way, then they sent me an email with more courteous tones in which they asked me to: go to another shop (I live in Lombardy), make me do a technical report (for a fee), send the phone to Grosseto (shipping and insurance at my expense), wait for their evaluation to evaluate a refund and send it back to me (at my expense). In short: other money, other days when the phone consumed me jig and minutes alone and also treated badly. I resolved by changing company, I honestly didn't trust him at all to give my phone back to him. Avoid them!

Mi hanno riparato il tutto in tempo brevissimo, il telefono è funzionante e non da alcun problema. Prezzi super convenienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per niente soddisfatto ho portato il mio iphone 6 oggi per una riparazione al connettore dell'alimentazione e funzionava tutto e mi è stato restituito non funzionante pagando anche 10,00 euro per l'intervento, dubito che il mio cell fosse danneggiato perchè l'ho consegnato perfettamente funzionante, ma la colpa non è mai del riparatore. Peccato perchè lo avevo scelto per le recensioni positive, ma resto nel dubbio che sia stato provocato visto che il cell era un rigenerato classe A di pochi mesi oltre al danno la beffa, non posso parlarne che male

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato dicendo che avevo un problema al connettore di alimentazione il mio iphone 6 plus la signora che mi ha risposto gentilissima mi ha invitato a passare in negozio da loro dato che molto probabilmente si tratta va di sporco che ostruiva il connettore,sono andato in negozio e in meno di 5 minuti la signora esce dal laboratorio con il mio telefono in una mano e con lo sporco che istruiva il connettore nell'altra....
le ho chiesto quanto gli dovevo e mi son sentito risponde ....nulla.... ma che bello mi son detto... tornero' sicuramente ad acquistare un pc ( dato che ne hanno anche ricondizionati a prezzi interessanti).... sono stati veloci ma sopratutto molto gentili merce molto rara di questi tempi......
lo consiglio vivamente.....

I asked her how much I owed him and I felt he answers .... nothing .... but how nice I said to myself ... I will definitely go back to buy a pc (since they have also been reconditioned at interesting prices) ... were quick but above all very kind very rare goods of these times ......
I highly recommend it .....
