★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo due telefonate e una email di richiesta preventivo per un restauro di finestre, non mi hanno ancora ricontattato ( sono passate due settimane). Se anche non sono interessati a lavorare o sono troppo impegnati, dovrebbero almeno avere la buona educazione di dare una risposta ai potenziali clienti.
After two phone calls and a quote request email for a window restoration, they haven't contacted me yet (two weeks have passed). If they are not interested in working or are too busy, they should at least have the good education to respond to potential customers.

Ho ricevuto immediato riscontro con la disponibilità di un sopralluogo appena 4 giorni dopo. Trovato l'accordo, il ritiro, la riparazione e la consegna sono avvenuti nell'arco di 10 giorni. La riparazione è stata eseguita in modo impeccabile e soddisfacente. Consigliatissimo.
I phoned Mr. Semeraro to ask for a quote regarding the repair of 4 wooden shutters. I received immediate feedback with the availability of an inspection just 4 days later. Once the agreement was found, the collection, repair and delivery took place within 10 days. The repair was performed flawlessly and satisfactorily. Highly recommended.
