Il vociare chiassoso e ingenuo dei bambini che, come le rondini, giocano svolazzando nei vicoli, i profumi intensi di sugo e spezzatino, di patate fritte con l'aglio e peperoni, l'odore intenso delle fave cotte con le cotiche del maiale, l'ebbrezza dei mosti e il profumo caldo del pane.

 Cuti, with peeling walls and carved stone portals, with the "du ventu" grass clinging to the furrows of the stones and near the balconies of the old houses, the alleys and wrinkles full of life, with geraniums and hanging clothes. The noisy and naive voices of children who, like swallows, play fluttering in the alleys, the intense aromas of sauce and stew, fried potatoes with garlic and peppers, the intense smell of broad beans cooked with pork rinds, the intoxication of musts and the warm scent of bread.
