E	ENRICO THETRANSPORTER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 4 mesi la mia vettura sempre tagliandata opel , è rientrata in officina 4 volte per una perdita di liquido, diagnosi: sostituzione pompa acqua,. Mi sostituiscono la pompa acqua , dopo due km alzo il cofano e trovo la vaschetta del liquido radiatore vuota, faccio la segnalazione e mi dicono che e' una bolla d'aria. Dopo 3 giorni a rabboccare la vaschetta, la riporto in opel e scoprono che la pompa e' difettosa, inoltre ho segnalato un rumore di cinghia dei servizi che nonostante fosse stata sostituita non smetteva di sparire. Dopo un mese esatto ho riavuto la vettura tra entra ed esci dall'officina, dopo un mese ho nuovamente rumore simil cinghia e perdita liquido del radiatore...morale della favola... il rumore di cinghia che sentivo erano due candele che durante il tagliando hanno dimenticato di avvitare bene e la perdita del liquido un semplice manicotto, tutto sostituito a 0 euro da me... a mio parere non mi vedranno mai piu' sia per i prezzi fuori dal normale , sia per le tempistiche. In 4 months my car, always serviced by Opel, returned to the workshop 4 times for a fluid leak, diagnosis: water pump replacement. They replace the water pump, after two km I raise the hood and find the radiator fluid tank empty, I report it and they tell me that it is an air bubble. After 3 days topping up the tank, I bring it back to Opel and they discover that the pump is faulty, I also reported a service belt noise which, despite having been replaced, did not stop disappearing. After exactly one month I got the car back between entering and leaving the workshop, after a month I again have a belt-like noise and radiator fluid leak ... moral of the story ... the belt noise I heard were two spark plugs that during the On service they forgot to screw a simple sleeve and the liquid leakage, all replaced at 0 euro by me ... in my opinion they will never see me again both for the unusual prices and for the timing.

Nach Rücksprache mit der heimischen Werkstatt gingen wir - ohne vorherige Reservierung - in Palermo zu Opel Riolo und unser Wagen wurde fast sofort gecheckt. Fehlerauslesung nach kurzer Wartezeit. Und sie wollten nichts dafür berechnen ?. Vielen Dank an die Werkstatt! Had an error message on our tour.
