Più che un fornitore fine a se stesso cercavamo un partner tecnico commerciale che sapesse indirizzarci nella giusta direzione sia dal punto di vista estetico/funzionale ma anche normativo visto il luogo in cui abbiamo operato.
Le condizioni economiche, seppur importanti vista la realizzazione imponente, sono state assolutamente gestite dalla Rintal con grande responsabilità e logica commerciale. Tutto quanto abbiamo vissuto con questa Azienda ha avuto il suo peso nella valutazione positiva globale che condividiamo con tutto il team Rintal Abruzzo. Consulenti commerciali di zona, trasportatore, posatore, Direzione Commerciale…. tutti hanno saputo lavorare in sinergia continua con me e con il mio staff permettendo di dare vita ad un elemento essenziale caratterizzante l’interno del locale Caffè Letterario di Pescara di imminente inaugurazione.
Alla luce di quanto vissuto in mesi di lavoro di un periodo sicuramente non semplice, consiglio vivamente di affidarvi a questi professionisti per i vostri progetti di scale di ogni genere.

I am the owner of the Caffè Letterario Cinque Sensi in Pescara and I share this review full of happiness and satisfaction for the project that has just ended.
More than a supplier for its own sake, we were looking for a technical commercial partner who knew how to point us in the right direction both from an aesthetic / functional point of view but also from a regulatory point of view given the place where we operated.
The economic conditions, albeit important given the impressive construction, were absolutely managed by Rintal with great responsibility and commercial logic. Everything we have experienced with this company has had its weight in the overall positive evaluation that we share with the whole Rintal Abruzzo team. Area commercial consultants, transporter, installer, Sales Management…. everyone was able to work in continuous synergy with me and my staff, allowing them to give life to an essential element that characterizes the interior of the soon to be inaugurated Literary Cafe in Pescara.
In light of what I have experienced in months of work in a period that is certainly not easy, I highly recommend that you rely on these professionals for your stair projects of all kinds.
Our restaurant bears an important signature and can be observed by anyone at any time.

Dario Di Valentino, che è stato in grado di capire immediatamente le nostre esigenze fin dal primo momento, ora abbiamo una fantastica scala modello Brick che spicca nella nostra nuova casa! La struttura è imponente e solida, ma al tempo stesso molto elegante, perfetta per il nostro futuro arredamento. Il legno robusto, di un bianco semicoprente delicato e naturale, è così gradevole al tatto che non riesco a trattenermi dall'accarezzare il corrimano e le colonnine ogni volta che salgo e scendo! Se avete bisogno di una scala, vi consiglio caldamente di rivolgervi a Rintal: non resterete delusi dalla loro professionalità e dalla qualità dei loro prodotti!
It was our first purchase of an indoor staircase, and I would say we hit the mark! Thanks to the impeccable and zealous advice of Mr. Dario Di Valentino, who was able to immediately understand our needs from the very first moment, now we have a fantastic Brick model staircase that stands out in our new home! The structure is impressive and solid, but at the same time very elegant, perfect for our future furniture. The sturdy wood, of a delicate and natural semi-opaque white, is so pleasant to the touch that I can't stop myself from stroking the handrail and balusters every time I go up and down! If you need a ladder, I strongly advise you to contact Rintal: you will not be disappointed by their professionalism and the quality of their products!

C’è stato qualche problema con la consegna della scala a causa di ritardi nella produzione (comprensibile alla luce della situazione generale) ma l’agente che ha seguito il nostro ordine è stato disponibilissimo: oltre ad averci dettagliatamente informato in occasione della stipula del contratto, ci ha seguito ed aggiornato costantemente, cercando di ridurre i tempi di consegna ed organizzando il montaggio il prima possibile (nonostante le festività natalizie!).

Product exceeding expectations.
There was some problem with the delivery of the ladder due to production delays (understandable in light of the general situation) but the agent who followed our order was extremely helpful: in addition to informing us in detail when signing the contract , has followed and updated us constantly, trying to reduce delivery times and organizing the assembly as soon as possible (despite the Christmas holidays!).
