c	claudia granieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due giorni fa mia figlia ha comprato un completo da 200 euro, oggi per un matrimonio ho speso altri 200 euro per me e la sera stessa mi è arrivata un e -mail informandomi che dal giorno dopo avrei potuto usufruire di uno sconto del 20% per la festa della mamma. Non lo trovo un atteggiamento corretto visto che essendo una cliente abituale, le commesse avrebbero potuto avvisarmi dello sconto che mi avrebbe fatto risparmiare 80 euro tra me e mia figlia. Al momento del pagamento ho persino chiesto se avrebbero applicato lo sconto del 20% come ogni tanto Rinascimento usa fare e niente mi è stato detto. Domani andrò in negozio a reclamare di persona e non acquisterò più niente da Rinascimento.
