★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine febbraio è stato contattato x cambio caldaia (direttamente dall'assistenza, come distributore del marchio), ma ha fatto un sopralluogo solo dopo sollecito il 14 maggio. In mezzo c'è stato il lockdown, nel frattempo però nessuna comunicazione x presa in carico della richiesta.
Ignorato completamente anche dopo sopralluogo. Nonostante solleciti (multipli) non ha mai inviato preventivo. Ho atteso fino a ottobre poi ho cambiato idraulico e ora ho la caldaia nuova e funzionante.
Allo stesso modo, nel sopralluogo avevo chiesto il montaggio condizionatori, per i quali mi ha subito detto di andare da qualcun'altro.
Certo che se fa cosi a prendersi i clienti non oso pensare cosa succede per le manutenzioni. Ne avevo sentito parlare male, ma ora so anche perchè.
At the end of February he was contacted for a boiler change (directly from the assistance, as distributor of the brand), but he did an inspection only after a reminder on May 14th. In the middle there was the lockdown, in the meantime, however, no communication x taking charge of the request.
Completely ignored even after inspection. Despite (multiple) reminders, he never sent a quote. I waited until October then I changed the plumbing and now I have a new and working boiler.
In the same way, during the inspection I had asked for the installation of air conditioners, for which he immediately told me to go to someone else.
Of course, if he does so to take customers I don't dare to think what happens for maintenance. I had heard bad news, but now I also know why.
