★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è stata una sorpresa piacevole. esistono ancora imprenditori che credono che il "cliente" non sia semplicemente un limone da spremere ma un capitale sul quale investire. i Rigoni sono dei veri signori, nell'accezione più ampia di questo termine. oltre alla gentilezza squisita ed alla affabilità di altri tempi, abbiamo trovato serietà non comune nel fornirci esaustive spiegazioni riguardo a ciò che ci interessava, non solo di carattere tecnico ma anche sulla effettiva disponibilità e sui tempi di consegna della merce stessa. precisi come pochi, sono stati puntuali nella consegna rispettando in toto gli accordi.
grazie in modo particolare a Vanni per i consigli ragionati e le soluzioni suggerite. un plauso è d'obbligo anche al papà e al fratello che completano questa bella squadra.

Rigoni are true gentlemen, in the broadest sense of the term. in addition to the exquisite kindness and affability of other times, we found uncommon seriousness in providing us with exhaustive explanations about what we were interested in, not only of a technical nature but also on the actual availability and delivery times of the goods themselves. precise as few, they were punctual in delivery respecting the agreements in full.
thanks in particular to Vanni for the reasoned advice and the suggested solutions. praise is also a must for the dad and brother who complete this beautiful team.
