Sono riusciti a rovinare il cerchio di una vettura nuova rimuovendo lo pneumatico. La direzione ha anche negato l'accaduto alla luce del fatto compiuto: hanno scritto sul foglio lavoro che risultava esserci uno striscio prima di procedere con la lavorazione. Cosa del tutto falsa in quanto avevo eseguito dei rilievi fotografici prima del loro intervento ed il cerchio risultava immacolato!!!!
OLTRE A NEGARE L'EVIDENZA (VISIONANDO LE FOTO ESEGUITE) LA DIREZIONE NON SI E' NEMMENO SCUSATA DELL'ACCADUTO. ANZI: MI HA CHIESTO IL MOTIVO PER CUI HO FATTO DELLE FOTO ALLA MIA RUOTA PRIMA DELLA LORO LAVORAZIONE!!!!!!

Bad experience !!!!
They managed to ruin the rim of a new car by removing the tire. The management also denied the incident in light of the fait accompli: they wrote on the worksheet that there appeared to be a smear before proceeding with the processing. Which is completely false as I had carried out photographic surveys before their intervention and the circle was immaculate !!!!
IN ADDITION TO DENYING THE EVIDENCE (LOOKING AT THE PHOTOS CARRIED OUT) THE MANAGEMENT HAS NOT EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR THE HAPPENING. INSTEAD: HE ASKED ME THE REASON WHY I TAKEN PICTURES OF MY WHEEL BEFORE THEIR WORKING !!!!!!
ABSURD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la revisione dello scooter vado sempre da Rigomma: mi trovo benissimo, ad ogni scadenza mi avvisano e il personale è qualificato e preciso.. oltre ad essere gentili e simpatici.
For the overhaul of the scooter I always go to Rigomma: I feel great, they warn me at every deadline and the staff is qualified and precise .. as well as being kind and nice.
