Sono stato contattato dal responsabile marketing, ci siamo chiariti, si è scusato a nome del gruppo e mi sono venuti incontro per il prossimo servizio gomme. La mia lamentela riguardava l'eccessivo quantitativo di olio pagato, il prezzo delle pastiglie freno (da listino) e la mancanza di un documento cartaceo indicante materiali, importi e lavori eseguiti. Salvo ulteriori disguidi continuerò a usufruire del servizio gomme, revisione, e ricarica climatizzatore, fino a questo momento corretto e preciso. Riguardo a tagliandi e piccoli lavori di meccanica consiglio di richiedere un preventivo qualche giorno prima dell' intervento per valutarne la convenienza. In fede Faggiani Ronni. My complaint concerned the excessive amount of oil paid, the price of the brake pads (from the list) and the lack of a paper document indicating the materials, amounts and work performed. Unless further misunderstandings, I will continue to use the tire service, overhaul and air conditioning recharge, up to this point correct and precise. Io perché avevo pneumatici nuovi mi hanno chiesto 90€, solo perché presumevano che le avessi comprate in internet? Risposta: politica aziendale, ma scherziamo? Fate voi...intanto 4 clienti persi. Saluti?? We are not! After years of overhauling cars and motorcycles, I took the tires to change, my wife paid € 35, a very honest price. Because I had new tires they asked me for 90 €, just because they assumed that I had bought them on the internet? Answer: company policy, are we kidding? Do you ... meanwhile 4 lost customers. Puntualissimi negli orari di prenotazione e pochissima attesa nel cambio gomme. Utilissimo poter usufruire dei loro depositi per poter lasciare le gomme estive per poi venire a cambiarli in primavéra, un servizio molto comodo che evita di portarti i 4 pneumatici a casa. Da notare che questo servizio non è offerto da tutti. Qualità/ Prezzo dei pneumatici invernali direi ottimo! Consigliatissimo! Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare tutti per la loro gentilezza.
