★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um 11 Uhr war der Termin und um 11.55 Uhr war das Auto wieder startklar. Die Winterreifen waren schon auf den Felgen und mußten nur noch ausgerichtet werden. Für eine Kundin, die über 30 Jahre in die gleiche Werkstatt kommt, ist das kaum nachvollziehbar. Besonders, da vor mir 5 Männer bedient wurden,so geht's nicht! Die Reifendruck Einstellung, um die ich extra gebeten hatte, wurde auch nicht gemacht.
The appointment was at 11 a.m. and the car was ready to go again at 11.55 a.m. The winter tires were already on the rims and only had to be aligned. For a customer who has been in the same workshop for over 30 years, this is hardly understandable. Especially since 5 men were served before me, it doesn't work that way! The tire pressure setting that I specifically asked for was not made either.
