★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartoleria fornita, ma una gestione penalizzante delle cedole per i libri delle elementari. Bisogna anticipare i soldi per poi averli indietro solo quando la cartolibreria ha incassato i soldi dal Comune.
Stationery provided, but a penalizing management of coupons for elementary books. We must anticipate the money and then have it back only when the stationery has collected the money from the Municipality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si merita manco una stellina. Ho ordinato libri per la scuola. Per riprendere soldi dati come caparra ci sono voluti messi. Ogni volta una scusa nuova! L'esperienza pessima! Mai piu!
He doesn't even deserve a star. I ordered books for the school. To get back the money given as a deposit it took me. Each time a new excuse! Bad experience! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza. Io personalmente non ci metterò più piede. A settembre del 2020, ho ordinato i libri per mia figlia per la classe prima elementare. Li ho dovuti pagare !!! Mi hanno detto che era una decisione di tutte le cartolibrerie di Terni. Sono riuscito a riavere i miei soldi solo a Luglio del 2021 dopo una lunga litigata. Dicevano che quei soldi non me li avrebbero ridati perché erano per la caparra dei libri della seconda elementare.
Poi mia moglie ha fatto pure l'errore di prenderci il libro delle vacanze. Ci hanno dato un libro sbagliato e non ce l'hanno cambiato
Very bad experience. I personally will not set foot there again. In September 2020, I ordered the books for my daughter for the first grade class. I had to pay them !!! They told me it was a decision of all the Terni stationery shops. I only managed to get my money back in July 2021 after a long fight. They said they wouldn't give that money back to me because it was for the down payment of the second grade books.
Then my wife also made the mistake of taking the holiday book. They gave us the wrong book and didn't change it
