V	Valerie Salvi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è bellissima e ben tenuta; il personale e i gestori sono gentili e disponibili sia per quanto riguarda indicazioni sui sentieri sia per rispondere a curiosità e domande di varia natura; il cibo ottimo. C'è la possibilità di fare la doccia calda, di ricaricare il telefono e di connettersi al wifi. Chi, come alcuni altri ospiti presenti con me in rifugio a inizio agosto, si lamenta perché non c'è il riscaldamento o internet non funziona bene dovrebbe rendersi conto che si trova in un rifugio, a 2500 metri, in mezzo al nulla e non in centro città. The property is beautiful and well maintained; the staff and managers are kind and helpful both as regards information on the paths and to answer curiosities and questions of various kinds; great food. There is the possibility to take a hot shower, to recharge the phone and to connect to the wifi. Those who, like some other guests present with me in the refuge in early August, complain that there is no heating or the internet does not work well should realize that they are in a refuge, at 2500 meters, in the middle of nowhere and not in Town center.

La polenta ai formaggi è di una bontà indescrivibile. Il Monviso con la sua imponente maestosità trasmette forza ed energia e riempie di gratitudine Wonderful day .... lovely place. Very kind and very welcoming staff available for any request. Polenta with cheeses is of indescribable goodness. Monviso with its imposing majesty transmits strength and energy and fills with gratitude
l	lul 51 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza da re, puoi entrare anche bagnato di sangue da testa a piedi ma i gestori ti tratteranno comunque come il loro primogenito. Il lago sul retro è magnifico ma nulla in confronto al pollaio di Rosita, Domitilla e Fernanda. Lo spazio per bivaccare è molto ampio e comodo, con pratiche rocce a forma di poltrona e attaccapanni. Il cane è molto biiiiii ma di notte sembra un lupo e fa paura Welcome like a king, you can also enter bathed in blood from head to toe but the managers will still treat you like their firstborn. The lake at the back is magnificent but nothing compared to Rosita, Domitilla and Fernanda's chicken coop. The bivouac space is very large and comfortable, with practical armchair-shaped rocks and coat hangers. The dog is very biiiiii but at night he looks like a wolf and is scary
M	Marina Godino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comportamento scostante, maleducato e di pura cattiveria dei gestori in quanto non permettono di utilizzare il telefono, nemmeno a pagamento. Se si chiama per mettersi in contatto con una persona loro ospite, confermano che è arrivata ma rifiutano questa cortesia (anche se la persona è facilmente raggiungibile durante la cena) e dopo alcuni tentativi, riconoscendo la voce, addirittura interrompono la chiamata. Dicono che il Wifi funziona e che ci si può mettere in contatto con la persona. Bastava dire la verità: non lasciamo usare il telefono, il wifi non funziona, non diamo messaggi e non passiamo una telefonata nemmeno per comunicare che tutto è a posto. In un rifugio ci si aspetta ben altro. Entrambi i gestori sono inqualificabili e dovrebbero andare a fare un altro mestiere, non certo quello dell'accoglienza in un rifugio montano Unfriendly, rude behavior and pure nastiness of the managers as they do not allow you to use the phone, even for a fee. If you call to get in touch with a guest, they confirm that they have arrived but refuse this courtesy (even if the person is easily reachable during dinner) and after a few attempts, recognizing the voice, they even interrupt the call. They say that the Wifi works and that you can get in touch with the person. It was enough to tell the truth: we don't let the phone be used, the wifi doesn't work, we don't give messages and we don't even pass a phone call to communicate that everything is fine. Something else is expected in a refuge. Both managers are unspeakable and should go and do another job, certainly not that of welcoming in a mountain refuge

Chiaramente non dipende dalla gestione ma la linea telefonica è assente. I gestori forniscono servizio wi fi ma purtroppo anche questo non sempre funzionante. Colazione essenziale. Cozy place with well acclimatized sleeping places. Hot shower for a fee with a token of 4 euros. Very nice staff. Clearly it does not depend on the management but the telephone line is absent. The managers provide wi fi service but unfortunately this too does not always work. Basic breakfast.
Y	Yves. F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivée à la fermeture du refuge nous avons dormi dans le refuge d’hiver où il y a plus d’une trentaine de couchages mais que 5 couvertures ? L’espace couchettes est optimisé au maximum. Très propre avec très jolie vue des fenêtres eau à proximité chauffage et éclairage pas en totalité ! Superbe ? Merci à vous de nous permettre d’avoir un endroit pareil à disposition. When the refuge closed, we slept in the winter refuge where there are more than thirty beds but only 5 blankets? The berth space is maximized. Very clean with very nice view from the windows water nearby heating and lighting not all! Superb ? Thank you for allowing us to have such a place available.

Ero in tenda che ho piantato vicino al rifugio e non ho percepito l'ospitalità che dovrebbe essere tipica di una struttura di montagna, anche per i tendisti, bensì un vero e proprio trattamento di serie B. Come tendista non ho potuto mangiare il pasto normale previsto per gli ospiti del rifugio ma un piatto unico - anche buono per quello - , fuori al freddo delle 18.00 (il sole era tramontato) insieme agli altri tendisti. Prezzi alti e personale non proprio gentilissimo. Colazione cara per quello che ho mangiato. Non ci tornerò Nice place, but not a refuge. I was in a tent that I pitched near the refuge and I did not perceive the hospitality that should be typical of a mountain structure, even for tenders, but a real second-class treatment. As a tender I could not eat the normal meal provided for the guests of the refuge but a single dish - even good for that -, outside in the cold at 18.00 (the sun had set) together with the other tenders. High prices and not exactly very kind staff. Expensive breakfast for what I ate. I will not go back

Accoglienza calorosa e personale sempre disponibilissimo e , cosa importante in questi rifugi , ove si arriva stanchi ... ed affamati... sempre con il sorriso!!! Stanze e bagni pulitissimi, cena e colazioni abbondanti ed in linea con tale tipologia di rifugio. Complimenti a tutto lo staff....arrivederci Refuge located in a fantastic position at the foot of the great Viso. Warm welcome and personal always extremely available and, importantly in these shelters, where you arrive tired ... and hungry ... always with a smile !!! Very clean rooms and bathrooms, abundant dinner and breakfasts and in line with this type of refuge. Congratulations to all the staff .... goodbye
