G	Gabriele Giacomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piacevole camminata da Sauris di sotto, adatta a tutti. In circa 1 oretta si arriva a questo rifugio, che presenta tavoli all'esterno con una vista splendida. Menu piuttosto sintetico ma molto valido. Ottimi gli antipasti, dalla ricotta affumicata allo speck e formaggio. Leggermente meno i primi piatti: gnocchi di pane discreti mentre frico un po' troppo unto. Nota positiva la velocità nel servizio. Sicuramente un ottimo posto dove mangiare e godere di un ottimo panorama prima del prosieguo della camminata. Pleasant walk from Sauris below, suitable for everyone. In about 1 hour you arrive at this refuge, which has tables outside with a splendid view. Rather concise but very good menu. Excellent appetizers, from smoked ricotta to speck and cheese. Slightly less the first courses: discrete bread dumplings while frico a little too greasy. Positive note the speed in the service. Definitely a great place to eat and enjoy a great view before the rest of the walk.

Una leggera nota dolente per i piatti, poco entusiasmanti e nella scarsa varietà di scelta mancavano certe provviste. comunque 3 stelle guadagnate! nice retreat with friendly owners. A slight sore point for the dishes, uninspiring and in the lack of variety of choice certain provisions were missing. anyway 3 stars earned!

Personale gentilissimo ...si mangia da Dio e si spende il giusto... attenzione solo con le porzioni che visto l'abbondanza meglio andare cauti con gli ordini! Wonderful place lost in the beauty of the Sauris mountains ..... refuge equipped with every comfort ... Very kind staff ... you eat from God and you spend the right amount ... be careful only with the portions that seen the abundance better be careful with orders!
M	Martin Seid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren schon zwei Mal zum Endurowandern dort oben. Sehr schöne Gegend, toller Ausblick und sehr nettes Personal. Wir kommen sicher wieder! We've been up there twice for enduro hiking. Very nice area, great view and very nice staff. We'll be back for sure!

Personale sgradevole e scorbutico, la cortesia probabilmente da queste parti non è stata ben distribuita. Veniamo tutti gli anni a Sauris, ma un posto peggio di questo è difficile da trovare, come dicevo il paesaggio merita ma se volete mangiare prodotti locali meglio fermarsi al supermarket in centro al paese di Sauris di Sotto, farsi due panini con prodotti locali e portarseli al rifugio per il pranzo al sacco. il menù certo richiama prodotti territoriali, ma nella sostanza di territoriale c'è ben poco... Speck sicuramente non locale. Certo che se vuoi mangiare in un rifugio a 1700 metri di altezza, non devi avere troppe aspettative ma questo davvero merita solo una stella...nemmeno la birra locale tengono (per di più quella di Sauris è buonissima) ma forse qui è chiedere troppo. The place is lovely and looks out over the mountains, if you find a beautiful day the scenery is wonderful. Miro, the companion and their son are real, gentle and caring people. You eat very well, malga cheese, talking, first courses, polenta and mushrooms. I recommend it as the first day of walks, you arrive early, you make a breath Po and you spend a little eating wel. If you want you can sleep.

The food overall was mixed; the cervo and ribs tasty for example, but the portion size for the mushrooms on the small size, and the polenta tasted quite burnt. Food all arrived immediately after ordering. Prices normal for this kind of location. Nice pit stop after a walk in the snow.
