★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so come sono il resto dei volontari, ma la signora con cui ho avuto a che fare si è dimostrata scortese, assurda e insensibile. In sintesi l'ho trovata inadeguata al ruolo che ricopriva.
I don't know what the rest of the volunteers are like, but the lady I dealt with was rude, absurd and insensitive. In summary, I found it inadequate for the role it held.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La parte esterna è ben organizzata, l'interno me lo ricordo più trasandato. Abbiamo portato cibo e cuscini ma stavolta non siamo potuti entrare causa Covid. La Sig.ra che era di turno forse un pò sgarbata, in fondo siamo solo amanti dei gatti!
The outside is well organized, the inside I remember it more unkempt. We brought food and pillows but this time we were unable to enter due to Covid. The Mrs. who was on duty perhaps a little rude, after all we are just cat lovers!
