★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo i sentieri del lago di doberdo' li ho trovati in uno stato di evidente abbandono, per la casa Cadorna giusto un salto veloce sul sentiero, allora può valere la pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo rifugio risalente ai primi del 900. Era uno dei punti di osservazione del generale Cadorna durante la 1a guerra. Situato nei pressi del lago di Doberdo'. Si può ammirare il lago ed il Carso circostante. Il sentiero per arrivarci è di non facilissima percorrenza però vale la pena di fare un po' di fatica, ne trarrete tanta soddisfazione.
Beautiful refuge dating back to the early 1900s. It was one of the observation points of General Cadorna during the 1st war. Located near Lake Doberdo '. You can admire the lake and the surrounding Karst. The path to get there is not very easy to walk but it is worth a little effort, you will derive a lot of satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamarlo rifugio è un po' esagerato. È un club alpino, io l'ho trovato chiuso. Credo abbiano accesso solo i membri del club. Comunque bella posizione, con vista sul lago di Doberdò. Non si raggiunge con strada, ma tramite sentiero roccioso
Calling it a refuge is a bit of an exaggeration. It is an alpine club, I found it closed. I believe only club members have access. However beautiful location, overlooking the Doberdò lake. It cannot be reached by road, but by a rocky path

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo rifugio incastonato tra le falesie nel comune di Doberdò. Ci si arriva dal centro visite Gradina seguendo un sentiero (l’ultimo tratto non pedalabile) oppure dall’alto, percorrendo dei sentieri carsici che conducono a ripidi gradini ricavati nella roccia (c’è un corrimano dove tenersi) che, scendendo, conducono a questo incantevole posto.
Peccato che in questo periodo, come la maggior parte delle strutture, sia chiuso.
Beautiful refuge nestled between the cliffs in the municipality of Doberdò. You can get there from the Gradina visitor center by following a path (the last stretch that cannot be pedaled) or from above, along the karst paths that lead to steep steps carved into the rock (there is a handrail to hold onto) which, descending, lead to this lovely place.
Too bad that in this period, like most of the structures, it is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo rifugio, tenuto molto bene. Facilmente raggiungibile anche per chi è alle prime armi e non ha molto preparazione fisica, bello il cannocchiale gratuito per ammirare la vista sulla valle. Belle le gallerie dietro il rifugio.
Beautiful retreat, very well kept. Easily accessible even for those who are beginners and do not have much physical preparation, the free telescope is nice to admire the view of the valley. The galleries behind the refuge are beautiful.
