Ho visto cambiare diversi gestori, e tutti sono stati eccellenti, compreso gli attuali che sono simpatici, e la cucina molto buona. L unica pecca dovrebbero prendere qualche persona in più per il servizio, in quanto l attesa è straziante e spesso fra il primo e il secondo tocca aspettare oltre mezz ora, se jon fosse per questo avrei dato 5 stelle. I have known and frequented this refuge for 20 years. I have seen several managers change, and all have been excellent, including the current ones who are nice, and the food very good. The only flaw should take a few more people for the service, as the wait is excruciating and often between the first and the second you have to wait over half an hour, if it were for this I would have given 5 stars.

(fanno anche una marmellata al melone, zenzero e rosmarino che è super!!) Siamo stati per pranzo in una giornata estiva freddina e siamo stati benissimo! Ci hanno anche trovato una candelina per festeggiare un compleanno ;-) Prezzi più che giusti. Ci si arriva con una brevissima e facilissima camminata dal Plan di 1800. Ritorneremo sicuramente!! Grazie di tutto!! Great find !!! To visit absolutely !! The welcome, friendliness, availability, service and quality of the TOP restaurant food !! (they also make a melon, ginger and rosemary jam which is super !!) We went for lunch on a chilly summer day and had a great time! They even found us a candle to celebrate a birthday ;-) Prices more than fair. It can be reached with a very short and very easy walk from Plan di 1800. We will definitely be back !! Thanks for everything!!

Ci si arriva con una breve passeggiata e poi da lì ci sono altre passeggiate da fare il giorno dopo, sia facili che più impegnative. Siamo stati benissimo, Il personale cordiale e gentile. Super consigliato Fantastic dinner, the love that Christian fire has for cooking fully transmits it in the creation of his dishes, we felt pampered in a dream location surrounded by nature. You can get there with a short walk and then from there there are other walks to do the next day, both easy and more demanding. We had a great time, The staff were friendly and polite. Super recommended
O	Oriana Molinari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo rifugio molto accogliente si mangia benissimo e si può anche pernottare. Nn valuto le camere perché nn ho mai dormito nel rifugio. In this very welcoming refuge you can eat very well and you can even stay overnight. I don't rate the rooms because I've never slept in the shelter.
D	Diego Volpato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piatti insipidi, bilanciati da un conto esageratamente salato. 8 adulti e 8 bambini, una portata a testa, paste decisamente senza sale, brasati con vino non cotto, patate al forno al limite del crudo e freddo, un antipasto per cui il gestore è stato libero di decidere per quelli che eravamo (piu che altro salame, poco formaggio, misera giardiniera, 9 euro a testa) 1 litro e mezzo di vino alla spina, 7 litri di acqua alla spina, 4 dolci (strudel freddo e cartonato) e 5 caffè, 27 euro a testa, bambini inclusi. Ho stentato a crederci. Mentalità sbagliatissima, a mio gusto e senz'offesa s'intende. Bland dishes, balanced by an overly salty bill. 8 adults and 8 children, one course each, decidedly salt-free pasta, braised with uncooked wine, baked potatoes bordering on raw and cold, an appetizer for which the manager was free to decide for what we were (more than another salami, a little cheese, miserable pickled vegetables, 9 euros each) 1 and a half liters of wine on tap, 7 liters of draft water, 4 desserts (cold strudel and cardboard) and 5 coffees, 27 euros each, children included. I could hardly believe it. Very wrong mentality, to my taste and without offense of course.
