★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa per un banale cambio gomme, prezzo leggermente superiore alla media, A dir poco imbarazzante l'aggiunta di ulteriori 10€ al conto finale con motivazioni tecniche assolutamente assurde e più che discutibili.
Unica nota positiva è il lavoro in sé che nella sua semplicità è stato fatto svolto correttamente con l'utilizzo della dinamometrica in serraggio.
Generalmente più che deluso per il trattamento,per la totale inaffidabilità dei prezzi (mi sono state date tre cifre differenti da tre dipendenti diversi) e per il conto finale decisamente eccessivo in rapporto alla concorrenza in zona e soprattutto superiore alla cifra precedentemente rischiesta, in modo totalmente non giustificato e scorretto.
Personalmente sconsigliato.
Negative experience for a trivial tire change, slightly above average price, to say the least embarrassing the addition of an additional 10 € to the final bill with absolutely absurd and more than questionable technical reasons.
The only positive note is the work itself which in its simplicity has been done correctly with the use of the dynamometer in tightening.
Generally more than disappointed by the treatment, by the total unreliability of the prices (I was given three different figures by three different employees) and by the final bill which is decidedly excessive in relation to the competition in the area and above all higher than the figure previously requested, so totally unjustified and incorrect.
Personally not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo distaccati dal cliente...non c'è un riferimento...sono troppo automi....devi fare la fila non c'è dialogo con i meccanici.. è una catena di montaggio..poi pagare alla cassa...nessun sconto troppo cari rispetto ad altri....fanno tutto ma senza calore umano...in alcuni casi fanno pagare il doppio rispetto ad altri gommisti del luogo.....un servizio di riparazione e sostituzione dove gli altri hanno chiesto 40 qui costa 75 - 80 la stessa uguale situazione ..giustificandone il costo con argomentazioni che non tengono paragonandole ad altri gommisti ...insomma sono troppo cari e il servizio non e' neanche istantaneo .....
Too detached from the customer ... there is no reference ... they are too automatons .... you have to queue there is no dialogue with the mechanics .. it is an assembly line .. then pay at the cashier .. .no discount too expensive compared to others .... they do everything but without human warmth ... in some cases they charge double compared to other local tire dealers ..... a repair and replacement service where others have asked 40 here costs 75 - 80 the same situation .. justifying the cost with arguments that do not hold comparing them to other tire specialists ... in short, they are too expensive and the service is not even instantaneous .....
