β β β β β caldaia pessima!!la sconsiglio a tutti! dal 2012 che ho acquistato non Γ¨ mai andata bene!con quello che ho speso di assistenza ne compravo 2!ho dato troppa fiducia e adesso mi trovo con un pezzo di ferro murale!!

Non ho fatto la revisione annuale e si sono rifiutati di riparmela.
Complimenti
It is useless to have a decent boiler if the after sales service is embarrassing.

β β β β β Corolla 30 p. Prima accensione novembre 2005.
Gennaio 2008 sostituito scambiatore primario (in garanzia anche superati i due anni previsti).
Dicembre 2011 sostituito scambiatore primario. Pagato al tubista β¬650.
Gennaio 2014 sostituito nuovamente scambiatore primario pagato all'assistenza tecnica β¬ 500.
Oggi bucato nuovamente scambiatore primario. Azienza chuisa per ferie il tecnico mi annuncia che non co sono piΓΉ i pezzi per la caldaia.
Devo metterne una nuova. Fontecal che fa? La caldaia non e andatata mai bene 4 scambiatori i 10 anni Γ© veramente inconcepibbile. Aspetto risposte mentre sono a casa con moglie e tre figli senza caldaia.

January 2008 replaced primary exchanger (under warranty also exceeded the two years provided).
December 2011 replaced primary exchanger. Paid at the tubista β¬ 650.
January 2014 replaced again primary exchanger paid to technical assistance β¬ 500.
Today, primary heat exchanger laundry. Chuisa company for holidays the technician tells me that there are no longer any parts for the boiler.
I have to put a new one. What does Fontecal do? The boiler never went well 4 exchangers the 10 years is really inconceivable. I wait for answers while I am at home with a wife and three children without a boiler.

β β β β β Io ed il mio vicino di casa abbiamo installato circa 5 anni fa questa caldaia (Corolla) pagata 5000 β¬. Dopo un anno sono cominciati i problemi, Il tecnico si presentato con un libretto di istruzioni e ha dovuto telefonare ad un altro incompetente come lui. Problemi mai risolti. Ora la caldaia perde pressione e sono costretto a immettere acqua 3 volte al giorno. Gli stessi problemi li ha il mio vicino. HA chiamato l'assistenza e gli hanno detto che il difetto Γ¨ tipico di quel prodotto. Il pezzo da sostituire costa 900β¬. Questa mattina ha sostituito la Corolla con una caldaia Vailant. FarΓ² cosΓ¬ anch'io. Mai piΓΉ esperienze con questa Marca.
My neighbor and I installed this boiler (Corolla) for about 5 years ago and paid β¬ 5000.
