★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo ,interessato ad ascoltare il problema e soprattutto a capirlo ma ho dovuto chiamare e poi andare personalmente per avere il sopraluogo per la sostituzione dell'impianto di AC. Finalmente e' arrivato un operaio e mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto pervenire il preventivo . La cosa che mi ha sorpreso e' che mi ha chiesto 30 euro p er la chiamata .
Premetto che non ho richiesto una riparazione ma un sopraluogo per un nuovo impiento .
Ho pagato quanto richiesto , il preventivo non mi e mai arrivato
Poco professionalita' e poca serietà
Very kind staff, interested in listening to the problem and above all in understanding it but I had to call and then go personally to have the inspection for the replacement of the AC system. Finally a worker came and told me he would send me the quote. The thing that surprised me is that he asked me for 30 euros for the call.
I state that I did not request a repair but an inspection for a new impiento.
I paid the amount requested, the quote never arrived
