★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inaffidabili.. Ho chiesto una manutenzione e/o revisione caldaia per un certificato energetico che dovevo richiedere causa vendita di un'abitazione che ho ereditato. Dopo che il vostro tecnico è arrivato e a manutenzione avvenuta con sostituzione di non so quale pezzo che mi è costato 120€ la caldaia ha smesso di funzionare rilasciando notevole perdita di gasolio.. Sono ritornata da voi per segnalare la cosa e dopo più di una settimana vi siete degnati di mandarmi un altro tecnico... (meno male che in quella casa non ci vivo!)... Non ha fatto altro che smontare la caldaia e lasciare i pezzi a terra dicendo : lasci così e vediamo se spande ancora.. É passato un anno e i pezzi sono ancora lì per terra! Nonostante io sono più volte venuta a chiedere spiegazioni o che mi rimontaste i pezzi. Unica risposta della sua segretaria :.. La richiamiamo noi.
Si vergogni Sig. DONATO Alessandro..lei e i suoi collaboratori!... i miei soldi "però ve li siete presi per una manutenzione che non avete mai portato a termine! Sconsiglio a chiunque
Absolutely unreliable .. I asked for a boiler maintenance and / or overhaul for an energy certificate that I had to request due to the sale of a house I inherited. After your technician arrived and maintenance took place with replacement of I do not know which piece that cost me € 120 the boiler stopped working releasing considerable gas oil loss .. I returned to you to report the thing and after more than a week you have deigned to send me another technician ... (thank goodness I do not live in that house!) ... He did nothing but dismantle the boiler and leave the pieces on the ground saying: leave it like this and see if it still spreads. A year has passed and the pieces are still there on the floor! In spite of this, I have repeatedly come to ask for explanations or to replace the pieces. The only answer from your secretary: .. we will call you.
You are ashamed Mr. DONATO Alessandro .. you and your collaborators! ... my money "but you have taken them for a maintenance you have never completed! I do not recommend to anyone
