★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A malincuore do una stella perché inizialmente ci eravamo trovati bene, dopo aver richiesto una pulizia della caldaia che era stata eseguita da un loro dipendente molto preparato.
Purtroppo questa realtà a mio avviso pecca di onestà soprattutto dai vertici. Ci è stato detto che la nostra caldaia era da buttare e sostituire senza nemmeno capire perché, quando invece il problema era diverso e risolvibile.
Garantisco che non metto mai recensioni negative volentieri, ma siamo stati veramente delusi!
I reluctantly give it a star because we had a good time at first, after requesting a boiler cleaning which was carried out by one of their highly trained employees.
Unfortunately, this reality, in my opinion, lacks honesty especially from the top. We were told that our boiler had to be thrown away and replaced without even understanding why, when instead the problem was different and solvable.
I guarantee I never put negative reviews willingly, but we were really disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza più che negativa. Giorni per un servizio di assistenza, arroganza maleducazione nel trattare il cliente da parte del sig. Mason Vittorino . Chiamati 3 giorni consecutivi per un problema ad oggi non ancora risolto. Ad una certa età spazio a chi ha passione e voglia nel fare il proprio lavoro, ad altre età pensione se non si ha più voglia e passione nel fare le cose. Non lo consiglio a nessuno....ma proprio nessuno.
More than negative experience. Days for a service, arrogance rudeness in dealing with the customer by Mr. Mason Vittorino. Called 3 consecutive days for a problem not yet resolved. At a certain age space for those who have passion and desire to do their job, at other ages retirement if you no longer have the desire and passion in doing things. I do not recommend it to anyone .... but nobody at all.
