Sono rimasto un mese e mezzo senza l'acqua calda sanitaria e i tecnici chiamati di altre ditte non riuscivano a risolvermi il problema se non spandendo cifre esorbitanti per cambiare una parte della caldaia. Loro in 30 minuti hanno risolto il problema semplicemente facendo un controllo ed intervenendo essendo, di base, una fesseria. Questa è professionalità e competenza, il loro intento non è solo alleggerirvi il borsello ma darvi un supporto, c'è una bella differenza al contrario di altre ditte dove sono interessati solo a darvi una fattura e lavorare il meno possibile.
Maximum professionalism and competence. Difficult to find someone in the area who comes to their skill. They work from the heart and constantly inform themselves about the procedures. I was a month and a half without domestic hot water and the technicians called by other companies could not solve the problem except by spending exorbitant amounts to change a part of the boiler. They solved the problem in 30 minutes by simply checking and intervening, being basically a nonsense. This is professionalism and competence, their intent is not only to lighten your bag but to give you support, there is a big difference unlike other companies where they are only interested in giving you an invoice and working as little as possible.
