★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono pronta a dimenticare subito questa ditta.Tecnico intervenuto con arroganza e inesperienza ineguagliabile.
Ha cercato di chiudere un condotto di scarico acqua con due semplici fascette in plastica e diagnosticato un ulteriore intervento costosissimo impossibile, quando con adeguate fascette in acciaio ho eliminato la causa della chiamata d'intervento. Sarebbe il caso di restituire il costo della chiamata, in quanto vana e irresponsabile. Vergogna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tecnico che ha provato il funzionamento della lavastoviglie per due volte ha riempito d’acqua l elettrodomestico e dopo aver verificato la rottura dell’impianto ha lasciato a due pensionati anziani il gravoso compito di raccogliere manualmente l’acqua nella lavastoviglie senza minimamente intervenire.
Sintomo di scarsa professionalità e senso civico nei confronti di persone più deboli!
