Mi hanno lasciato in posa oltre 45 minuti, effetto "colpo di luce" orribile, da una parte più scuro dall'altra più chiaro. Mai più! Total disappointment. Non riescono a fornirti tutti i servizi che avevi prenotato e poi alla fine nemmeno un atteggiamento di scusa, come se fosse normale. Ho provato per la prima volta il salone qualche mese fa per un semplice taglio, ovvero una spuntata giusto per togliere il rovinato, lasciandoli sempre pari come li avevo. Cinque stelle alla ragazza che me li ha tagliati, alla perfezione e come avevo chiesto io. Sono ritornata un paio di mesi dopo per ripetere il taglio, lo stesso della volta precedente. Questa volta devo dire che sono passate ormai delle settimane, ed il taglio è smozzicato, parti più corte con avvallamenti nella lunghezza e ciocche che sporgevano più lunghe, tanto è che a casa con pettine e forbice ho cercato di aggiustare le sporgenze. La cosa che però mi ha dato più fastidio e mi da fastidio tutti i giorni, è che avendo specificatamente detto di volere un taglio netto, quando mi è stato proposto un alleggerimento, cioè lasciando le lunghezze ma alleggerendoli, avendo ribadito due volte che non mi piaceva e non lo volevo, mi sono stati tagliati, oltre che male, anche come NON volevo. Ritornerò sicuramente in salone, perché con la ragazza che me li tagliò la prima volta mi sono trovata benissimo, e me li farò sistemare e tagliare da lei. I will definitely go back to the salon, because I had a great time with the girl who cut them for me the first time, and I will arrange and cut them by her.
